So I bet most people have already aware a mini gaming laptop called GPD Win 2,
have saw he first GP Win campeign way back in 2015, tat being said since it was on Indiegogo I used to thought it was a bit of a scam. But oh boy I was superwrong and this has been a laptop that I have always wanted since it's way easier to carry.
According to any videos like this one from Austin, most of the games while run pretty good, games like GTA V doesn't really run as how they claim but still playable, well...barely...
What caught my eye though is Overwatch running on this thing since you can play Overwatch on the go with this thing. That being said, without gyro controls I might no play Overwatch on this thing too much.
The only major issue with his mini laptop, is the price... if his laptop can drop to under 600$ I think it can be a good buck but sadly this laptop is currently 899$... so while this gaming laptop is very very powerful for its size, I hop this laptop can be affordable within the next two years... or wait for thenext PD Win to come out.
And I bet some will also say this laptop is gonna kill Nintendo Switch and yatayata... no... it won't, like I said I do love GPD Win 2 and I expect to have a moderate success, but this thing is no way nearly gonna harm Switch sales or it's status in the gaming market whatsoever. The biggest reason why is again, the price, and surprisingly the games. I mean sure with GPD Win 2 you can play all of your Steam games on the go and this has been the biggest advantage for GPD Win 2, but now you also see Switch getting some of the games as well. Second, is the controls, GPD Win 2 you can play with the controls on the laptop or Bluetooth link with almost any controller, responsive or not though I can't say for sure so... as for controls it's really up to you.
So are there anyone here actually prefers GPD Win 2 than Nintendo Switch? If I don't give a damn about Nintendo games and the price but care about portability so bad, yeah I will definitely go for this mini laptop.
Anyone who tries to bring up Smach Z... well... it's a scam, it's even more scamier than the fricking Atari Box...
