It'd be broken otherwise for the tilts. They also are still good even without that, it just makes them more worth using. But I get what you mean.
It's however a better representation of his game, as RNG is already a natural part of it. Though I think Drain Magic, his Water tilt is the only one that feels iffy. Weakness Lv 1(his Earth tilt, if it hits, would make it so the enemy takes more knockback than usual), Compression(Fire tilt, temporarily weakens their ability to knockback an enemy), and Slow Enemy(the Wind tilt, which temporarily makes them lag a bit more with moves). That's the ideal tilts at the moment. But keep in mind his moveset is supposed to be versatile. Otherwise it doesn't really show off the game well. My first moveset was just "fill in the moves" without any real focus or theme. Now it has Elemental Change to allow for a different elemental style, and one you only have to cycle to at least once to work with. So you don't have something like Pokemon Trainer's auto-switch.
Oh, nice. I never played Starforce, just watching its anime. I've played lots of Soul Calibur. What was Nightmare's main focus? Did he have great launch power as his style?
