Okay, for those who want a TL;DR. What happened was that Smash 4's top 8 at EVO was dominated by Bayonetta and Diddy Kong (with some surprises like Lucina and Duck Hunt). This was disappointing to many, but okay, generally.

What really ticked people off was that during the Grand Finals, the two finalists (and the commentators) decided to mess around and stall, generally not taking the affair seriously. Obviously, this bad sportsmanship really angered people.

Full disclosure, I don't have the full story, having not watched the EVO stream myself.

The disrespect to the audience is probably the worst of the three.

Now, I don't really have an opinion on the prevalence of Bayo in Smash 4, not being a competitive guy; but the audience is there to watch the final match, not watch two guys mess around.

Apparantly, there was a really great match between a Diddy & Duck Hunt player.

Judging by peoples comment anyway, I have to see it myself, but peoples reaction seem to be really positif and not in a ironic sort of way.

'don't know if it have been posted, but once it does, I should watch it and see the good match that came from EVO, small as they may be.

I don't blame Captain Zack or Lima for being upset with the audience. Being constantly booed like that is going to get to you no matter what, and that's something that should be addressed in the future regardless of whether Bayo gets nerfed or not.

I do however blame them for the way they reacted. When they made a joke of the Grand Finals, they didn't just disrespect the naysayers, they disrespected the players who fought for a chance at Grand Finals and the trophy, they disrespected the Tournament Organizers who put work into making the event what it is, and they disrespected the viewers who weren't in on the booing in the first place and just wanted a good match between players. Grand Finals is not the time to 'get back' at anyone, everyone's there to win, you're there to win, and people are there to watch you win. Throwing that all away for a petty comeback does not reflect well and it just makes a mockery of the game and the tournament that many have invested themselves in. At the very least they should've been more mindful of those who are putting in that time to make the EVO tournament the best it can be, not making it an unnecessary drama for your self satisfaction.

Yes, sabotaging the Final Match because the audience made them feel bad just makes them look like petulant children.

MVD vs Raito. Best match of the whole tournament. It's exactly the kind of match that shows what the game can and should be. Two players that are in each other's heads the whole match, dead close the entire time.

I see then.

The problem with this kind of advice, or anything in general that people tell me, is that I need to be reminded of said advice constantly until it get put in my brain for good.

If not, then I can just forget what I been told at any time, and be back to case 1. Which is something I had to deal my whole life, and is still causing problem to this day.

Trust me, I try to put advice I been told in place I can remember them. But sometime, even this doesn't work.

And I say that, because you are right. I can't improve by looking at a blank, white page, I need to write, I need to drawn, I need to do SOMETHING before I can get better. But motivation is just hard to get, and when it does, it come at the worst time possible (like at work or somethin')

But...if I can say something nice about my work. Is that, as of now, you guys have reacted positively to it, it sure ain't the best, but I haven't heard peoples saying that what I do is too weird or bad or such. And honestly, this motivate me, alot, and if I could just stop thinking and thinking and just do it. I feel like I be much better that I am now, but still, I am decent, not the best, but decent still, there is worse, and frankly, I should be happy I can do something that people like.

So yeah, thank you for your advice.
