People suddenly clutch back to him and cry to be right when they forget that not only was his initial "leak" shallow and generic as hell, but people suddenly forgot that he said a Castlevania game was to be announced, then to say that no game was coming at all, and then to say it was an entirely different game. No game came by the way, it's been almost two months and still nothing.

Post video game title screen/menu themes that you tend to just sit there listening to before actually booting into the game (or after you're finished and want to wind down) because they're so good.

I'll start.

Pretty much all of the UNS games except the first one have really relaxing title/menu themes that I love but this one might be my favourite because there are other versions that play during really emotional scenes in the game. And overall I like how nostalgic the melody feels (not in the meta sense of being a reference to some other Naruto song because it isn't - the song just makes me feel nostalgic in general).

I was trying my gaming headset on my PC earlier and this song sounded amazing on them.

I got 2 for ya.

Ultimate Spider-Man's. This theme's pretty short, but it's catchy while fitting the game.

And Metroid Prime's. Again because it's pretty catchy despite being so serious sounding.

There's a lot of them, but the Hyper Light Drifter and Far Cry 5 menus come to mind immediately for me. Far Cry's in particular is very nice to just sit down and listen to.

On second thought, how could I possibly forget the only menu theme that matters?

I'll start.

I was just talking about this a couple days ago. Sonic Mania may have a great OST all around, but funnily enough, the menu theme is one I'd easily put in my top 3. I love listening to it and sometimes I leave the game on the menu just for that.

Now on the other end of the spectrum, it's The Meteor from Tenkaichi 3.

While Mania's Menu theme is relaxing, this one is meant to get you hyped up and man does it ever do it for me. It's also nostalgic because it reminds me of the many days spent in my friend's house playing the game.

The added bonus with this is that you can select it as a battle theme too and it works just fine as that.

This might be cheating a bit, but another one that's pretty good (since Chrono. already posted the Tenkaichi 3 one) is Mega Man X Command Mission.

The title screen is also Mega Man X's theme, and it's used a few times in game.

SSF2 has all the attacks and nearly all techniques of an official Smash. It is missing stuff like wall jump, angling, footstool, and moving shield around.

Ah, fair enough. But yeah, I think it was just lack of inspiration. Another thing is that some characters might be higher priority at this time. Making Bomberman work well may be a bit harder than some characters, so he went for someone else. Nothing really wrong with that for a developer. If the idea Ridley was really difficult to get working is true, then it means we shouldn't expect a ton of unique newcomers to begin with. Maybe that was part of the issue.

Tanabe has indicated he wants and is planning number 6 (that is, if he's still in charge, which he better ****ing not be). With the backlash however, I'd think the lower Intelligent Systems members will try and appeal for number 4, or at least elements of it.

Done my last week of work. Now I can relax a bit. So:

-Congrats to Erureido at getting Summer Tamamo. Also, the Heaven's Feel Part 2 looks neat, although I can't help but see the "Yandere" face on Sakura on that poster, with her having her fingers holding her face, despite the fact that she isn't really yandere.
-Saw a couple posts mentioning something about a leak? What's the newest one?
-Got a lot of working to do on both FEH and Grand Order now, since this week, I didn't have enough data to at least get the log-in bonuses, except yesterday's, much to my dismay. Good thing I got plenty of Stamina potions for FEH.

-The new Servants on JP Grand Order are pretty cool. We got Napoleon who thankfully isn't a loli(much to the chagrin of some JP fans), Sigurd, the Norse counterpart of Siegfried and considered the "true" version, and a three-in-one servant in the form of 3 of the Valkyries. Skadi also looks interesting too. Also, the new Swimsuit characters for JP Summer 3 were revealed and there are actually Male servants this time, with Gilgamesh, Dantes and Robin Hood! JP also gets versions of Ibaraki, Ushiwakamaru, and Jeanne, who was definitely made to compete with Granblue Fantasy's Summer Jeanne due to how popular Summer Jeanne was to the point where the game actually surpassed F/GO in sales during that point.
Regardless, definitely cool to see some Male Swimsuit Servants this time and really nice to see F/GO and DelightWorks actually giving the Males a lot of spotlight for a change. Really glad that Salieri, Achilles and Chiron got their attention in how much the fanbase wants some Male Servants. I mean, in a short time after Ivan, who was the first Male 5-Star Servant after Sherlock Holmes who was released last summer, JP got Achilles, Napoleon, Sigurd and now most likely Swimsuit Gilgamesh. That's great to see.

Thanks! It took me all 14 of my Summoning Tickets and 270 of my 427 Saint Quartz to finally summon Summer Tamamo. I used an additional 30 SQz to see if I could get another Summer Tamamo for NP2, but I didn't get another, so I decided to conclude my summoning run for the time being. I also got my first Rama during all those summoning sessions leading to Summer Tamamo, so I was happy to finally get him.

As of now, my Summer Tamamo is very close to reaching her Third Ascension. All she needs is 2 more Seeds of Yggdrasil, and then she can ascend. Thankfully, I got the Beach node and the shop for that, so I'll take care of that shortly. I also have all of her Ascension materials for her Max Ascension now. She's also the servant that I plan on being my first servant to max level her with Holy Grails.

I'll probably go for two rounds of summoning with my Saint Quartz and use the 5 Summoning Tickets from the shop coming soon once the Part 2 banner drops to see if I can get Summer Altria. I'm also interested in her, but she's not much of a priority for me at the moment. I want to save a few more Saint Quartz for normal Tamamo's banner when the Halloween event returns (I think she gets a return banner for that, I'm not sure) and for Merlin's banner by the end of the year.

As for the new Summer event in JP Grand Order, I read from other sources that the new treatment Robin Hood, Gilgamesh, and Edmond Dantes are getting for the Summer event are just new costumes and not full-fledged servants; it's similar to that Shinjuku costume Jalter got a while back.

Still, I'm just glad the guys are finally getting some summer love, especially Robin Hood. He's one of my favorite servants, and fanart of him has been dry as of late, so with this new summer event, it means we should be seeing a lot more fanart of Robin Hood now.

It's a design thing. Toon Link is the character in Smash. Link in Wind Waker itself is simply named Link. Besides that, people use "Toon" for the WW-style designs because they're cartoony. Smash only slightly helped that factor. It isn't the main reason alone we have names like Toon Zelda. It's just the most accurate thing to call her due to the design. People think of the more adult Zelda from various games when they say "Zelda", and "Young Zelda" for OOT mainly.

Smash itself doesn't have this issue. Zelda is just called Zelda (Wind Waker) as the trophy. Because that's the correct thing. When people talk about Toon Zelda being playable in Smash, they directly want that design. As for Hyrule Warriors, they can't have three characters named Link. They chose the Smash names because it was simple enough to work. It's a non-canon game. I also don't see why it's such a bad thing to give a character an easier name to use so everybody knows who you mean. Sure, it's inaccurate, but a lot of things are. 4th Party, for instance.
