As for the new Summer event in JP Grand Order, I read from other sources that the new treatment Robin Hood, Gilgamesh, and Edmond Dantes are getting for the Summer event are just new costumes and not full-fledged servants; it's similar to that Shinjuku costume Jalter got a while back.

Still, I'm just glad the guys are finally getting some summer love, especially Robin Hood. He's one of my favorite servants, and fanart of him has been dry as of late, so with this new summer event, it means we should be seeing a lot more fanart of Robin Hood now.

New costumes

-On one hand, that sounds good for those who are fans of the characters and have them as they don't need to worry about a new version. At the same time, it gives more male costumes other than Prototype Arthur and Astolfo. Not only that, Robin Hood is the first 3-Star or lower character to get a costume. That spells a lot of hope for 3-star and lower characters in them getting costumes. Not to mention Robin Hood is an easy character to get and max out, so that's good for fans of the character and want the outfit.
-On the other hand, it does feel cheap to make them costumes while the females are new Servants. At the same time, aren't costumes only unlockable once the characters have achieved their Final Ascension? If so, for those who get the characters during the Summer for the first time and don't have the time to farm materials as well as EXP, that somewhat ruins the chance for those who got the character for the outfit and them having to grind a lot before being able to get what they want.

Regardless, I still want to know which Gilgamesh gets the outfit, as you have Archer Gil and Caster Gil. The design is making think it might be Caster Gil due to the artwork, as it looks a lot more like Caster Gil's art compared to Archer Gil's art. Not to mention it would give a 3, 4 and 5 star each a costume. But we'll have to wait and see later.
