I don't necessarily think it's a Direct given that E3 wasn't that long ago. It could always just be an announcement of their Universal Park project or something non-Direct related.

But nevertheless, it's something to keep an eye on.

Maybe just some video release with a website of details for online or something. Online really doesn’t need a crazy announcement for it to spread like wildfire. Nintendo probably realized this too.

If it leads to another smash announcement I would be hyped.
