She has always been an incredibly and obnoxious character that took away any fun I could possibly have from playing Mario Kart.
And like, I know there are characters more annoying than her but they don't actively ruin my fun from something I genuinely enjoy.
Getting high-pitched...

to be honest i expected yoshi and animal crossing at least, it's been a little while since new leaf (shoot, even since the welcome amiibo update it's been a good minute) and they announced Yoshi last year then went ghost. I think those two things could've helped a lot. And maybe another Mario spinoff? Like Luigi's Mansion or something. but idk

There's a bit of a difference between "focus" and "almost completely neglect everything else".

It was E3. It was reasonable for people to expect more than two new game announcements, or at least more info on games that have been known about for over a year now.

Which is even stupider because only Yoshi was promised out of all of it and who gives a flying flip about F-Zero other than people on the internet actively looking for something to have a victim complex about.

I could make a Youtube video called "Why Nintendo is stupid for not doing what I want" and have the thumbnail be full of nothing but Uprising sprites and screenshots and have more valid of a thumbnail to offer.
