So I'm currently getting 3 stars on all cups on all cc's in MK8D while collecting coins. While playing, I've decided that my new main is totally Green Woomy with the Sports Bike/Purple Tires/Parafoil. I'm still unlocking stuff and I'm hoping I can get a 100% green setup.

Oh boy! Someone's interested.

I'll try to give you a condensed version.

Mafia is a forum game where there are two faction.

The peaceful and majority town and the villainous mafia. Each user will be given an alignment and a specific role/power. Town users want to erase any threats to the town and need to try and vote to lynch potential town members. Meanwhile, mafia members want to outnumber the town and kill them during the night and mislead lynchings.

It's a game of mind games and deception. You need to determine who you can trust and who you should avoid fast.

There are two phases in the game. Day phase and night phase.

During the day, users can speak publicly in the thread (and only in the thread) and discuss ideas, strategies and claims. At the end of the day, the town will lynch someone, so townies need to vote on who they lynch.

During the night, users cannot speak in the thread, but can PM each other to discuss things. During the night, the mafia decide who they want to kill that night. At the end of the night, if all goes well, the mafia kills that user leaving the town to find them dead in the morning. This is also the time when most players can use their powers. These powers can range from anything from checking alignment, preventing a kill, preventing someone else from using their power or checking bits of other people's PMs.

This continues until the mafia is eliminated giving the town the win, or until the amount of mafia members equal the town members giving the mafia the win.

To add to that, many games have third parties, who have their own separate goal to complete.

You might have heard of the game before as a party game or several online versions such as Epicmafia or Town of Salem. At times it has been called Werewolf.

It might seem seem like a lot, but it is super fun.

Back when we had a Smash 4 Community Hangout, we played it almost constantly. It was incredibly fun and deepened a lot of relationships I had with other users.

Plus we even managed to make themed games too. We did Ace Attorney, Professor Layton, FNAF, Godzilla, Team Fortress 2, Pokemon, Smash Bros, Dangaropa, etc. Introduced me to a couple of new series while I was at it.

It'd be great to play it again.

Also, let's talk politics for a moment, now wait don't runaway its nothing to serious about policy, its about your need to vote.

Its rather simple, I am recommending that you make sure your registered, in which ever parties primaries, that you wish to participate in, and also your registered for the general mid-term elections as well, and jump through whatever hoops a state has so you can vote in the general mid term election. And the reason I'm doing this, is cause I want you guys to vote, don't care what party you vote for, just go and vote, since the US Primary season is starting soon.

Also something I've noticed, you guys know how its pretty much agreed, that if we wanted to we could switch to a system that doesn't use fossil fuels and is completely dependant on renewable energy sources. Well I've sadly realised that if we wanted to, we could have a relatively waste free society, since a lot of stuff we use is reusable, but the only way that would happen, is every single Green party in the world gained power, which isn't likely to happen, and it would have to be them, cause they'd actually be committed to funding and building the faculties and infrastructure needed to create a society that recycles reliably, and they'd be committed to enforcing the laws that would force companies to reduce, reuse and recycle.

Another thing that I think could really help with the USA, now this could just be me, but would it be better if instead of having the President of the USA appoint people to places like the EPA, FBI, CFPB, etc. Wouldn't be possibly better for the general public to elect the head of these agencies? Now I know on one hand it does mean round the clock general elections for the USA, but on the other hand it avoids a situation, with now I know some of you might not like this, like with how Trump appointed a man to the EPA, who doesn't believe in it, so this way every agency is accountable to the public, since it pretty clear, to me at least, the system of having Congress approve the picks doesn't seem to working, since like I mentioned somebody who doesn't believe in the EPA, is heading it now.

I mean I'd also possibly say the public should elect the Judges for the supreme court as well, but I'm the kind of guy, who wants to give the public more democracy, even when they may not want it. My reasoning for having Judges elected by the public, is well so that the Judges don't approve stupid ****, like stripping Voting rights from USA citizens.

Also something really depressing, I've seen in the USA, from a lot of videos of people going around it, but again could just be me, from what I watch, but a lot of areas seem to be in, well for lack of a better term, urban decay, meaning areas that have materials and buildings just sitting there not be used, or taken apart and recycled into something. This is also happening in the UK as well, my home town has a lot of empty stores in our town center. Really does show to me that politicians at the national level, don't seem to notice areas that aren't in major cities are starting to fall apart and decline.

And finally, staying with politics for a moment, if any of you are interested, do you guys think that say a hybrid system between different political systems would help a lot of representative democracies? Cause I like Parliamentary systems that allow for smaller parties to get into the legislative chambers, I also like how the USA has different departments, headed by people who aren't from the legislative chambers, like with how the UK does. One thing I think is rather interesting about the France elects its president is its run-off system, since it allows for you to first choose who you agree with most in the first round, and in the second, if your original choice didn't make it through, you can choose out the last remaining 2, who you agree with most. Another thing I like from the US system, is the concept of primaries, that being a candidate first has to win votes of party members, so that it would hopefully eliminates people who don't necessarily agree with the parties main political postions

Also going further my personal preference for elections to legislative chamber, is some form of Proportional Representation, one that has something along the lines, for a parliamentary system, where seats match the number of votes for each party.

And to those who TL;DR, I want the main take away for you lot, is register for the parties that have primaries for the Mid-term elections this year, if you want to take part in them, and register plus jump through the hoops needed that each state has for you to be able to vote in the general mid-term elections this year.

And to you guys wondering why someone in the UK cares about elections in the USA, I'm more so just saying you guys should take part and vote, since you know, the USA is supposed to be a representative democracy after all. Plus I am half American, so I kind of feel obliged to encourage you lot to vote.

Also fun fact about me, I kept thinking the USA had 52 states instead of 50, seems my brain added Washington DC and Puerto Rico, without me realising, since there have been news stories on and off again for the past years about them becoming states, guess I fell into the state hood for DC and Puerto Rico by accident, even though for all intents and purposes since I live outside the USA, I'm really neutral to it all

You know how for the Hero Rises Vote, they are planning on making the Winner available for everybody as Xenologue 3, which when beaten will give the Winner, like with Fjorm. Meaning that the unit will be gotten by both old and new players. So far, the Top 4 are:
-Vanguard Ike, who is also a Legendary Hero and gives a Blessing when gotten.

-Winter Tharja
-Performing Azura.

Square is always pissing me off with DQ. It takes forever for them to come to the west, the mainline titles. By the time DQ7&8 3DS remakes came out (a few months within eachother as well do you think I can finish half of one in that time grrr), I decided its too late Square I don't care **** you. Bought Awakening & Fates just before those came out as my last 3DS games instead.

DQ11 is probbaly gonna take less waiting time...but by then I WILL BE IN UNI HOW CAN I INVEST TIME INTO A OPEN WORLD RPG. Still probbaly getting it tho. My last and only DQ was 9 on the DS.

I hope this is true, the original Spyro trilogy was easily my favorite set of games on the PS1 and I still have fond memories of playing through each as a kid. Being able to pick up all three in one package with extra content would be fantastic.

If Marshadow's any indication, either March or April is when we'll see it as they probably want to hype up Lugia first before getting to the event Pokémon.

Hopefully Zeraora is handled better though, I Choose You didn't really need Marshadow for its plot to work and event Pokémon have already gotten superfluous enough in recent years for them to start feeling shoehorned in the movies too.

You know, a lot of people seem to think that humans are worse than every other animal out there. I think that's a pretty wildly pessimistic and self-loathing outlook. For two reasons, really.

One, every horrible thing humans do that doesn't require opposable thumbs is done by animals too. Half of them just by dolphins. Including stuff that actively has to be thought through. Especially stuff that has to be actively thought through. Seriously, don't look up dolphins. Heck, even if we cause a freaking extinction event, THAT's already been done before. Ever think about why we breathe oxygen?

And two, nearly every human can agree that no matter what else, killing another person's children just so you can steal their wife and force her to have kids with you instead is freaking monstrous.


So feel better about yourselves, humanity. Not egotistical, there's plenty of things to still take us down a few dozen pegs, but the self-loathing isn't a good look.

This has been Coricus' weird feel good post of the day, because they saw yet another thing about animals murdering babies over mating competition.
