What's written on top?

Creation or Enhancement?
Waiting for an answer, Shiny.

Also...
I've got a Grima of my own, which you stated to be really scary.

Oh, and I got a Zelgius.

And if my VaLyntine in within Desperation range with Hone buffs and her special ready, she can actually kill your Grima.

I know because it was my main strategy in the Tempest Trials were Grima was the final boss.
I wonder what else your team has that I can body with ease.

I know Zelgius, Grima and FrankenJakob can destroy Brave Lyn for sure. Heck, even VaLyntine can finish her with some Hone buffs.

Well I mean, you can also download any movie and song you want free of charge, and if you're really good at what you do people's credit card information while you're at it.

There's a reason why that's not typically marketed as a set of perks of owning a PC, though.
Can vouch.

Found shady credit card charges Saturday. Had to get it cancelled. New one's going to be in transit for a week because I wouldn't spring for $25 shipping.

I'm effectively broke until next Monday.

This is me right now and Male Grima when I make him S ranked after Niles

If you're trying to suggest that emulation is inherently illegal, it's not. Nintendo is literally selling emulation with services like Virtual Console.

I will be emulating my Wii U games that I already bought by dumping the files onto my new PC when it's all set up, and doing this requires a Wii U. Nintendo already got my money.

While some people pirate games to play them in an emulator, emulators are not intended for that purpose. The primary purposes of emulators are game preservation (because there is no guarantee that Nintendo or any other company will actually re-release their games. Like how GameCube Virtual Console never became a thing despite the fact the Wii U could natively run GameCube games as it had the hardware inside it), allowing people to keep their games on one machine, and allowing people to play games exactly how they want to (better resolutions, using whatever controller they want, etc).

THE POWER OF ZEB COMSUMES YOU!

Oh, and anything I said about my counters for Grima also apply to Hector, so yeah. My entire armor team, with some careful planning, can utterly destroy your whole team.

Though to be fair, the idea of making an Armor Emblem didn't pop up until I got VaLyntine. It can take time to get some badass units like the ones we often share.

I'm sure that, after enough time and with enough luck, you too can have some ridiculous bull**** like us.

...Naaaaahhh the primary intention of emulators is for people to pirate games. At least publicly released ones.

There's gotta be like a half a dozen guys that actually give a crap about backing old games up, the rest of the people downloading them just want free games.

Not that any number of gaming companies haven't "borrowed" online emulators and emulation work for themselves, but that's a kettle of fish sitting in another kettle of fish.

So have you interviewed the developers of emulators to confirm their intentions, or is this a baseless accusation?

See, the reason why I dislike paid online is because I'm basically paying for something that should have been included in the base game. I considered buying Splatoon 2 because of my brother numerous times but knowing I'd have to pay an extra 20$(that god knows how much more it'll cost here, if it'll even be avaible at all) just so I could play 90% of the game was enough to turn me away from it. There aren't even that many games that justify the online so you can't say you'll get your money's worth if you play numerous games. There's Splatoon 2 and MK8D, and Smash when it comes out but that's really it.
And yeah, I get they need to maintain servers or whatever but I really can't care about that **** as a customer. The Wii U had perfectly usable online and its free online play was one of the main reasons I was turned to it
Had a look over the new banner skill spread finally.

Biddies tiddies Dark Mystletainn is a piece of work, and Ishtar's kit is interesting too. Hoping their stats keep up the pace.

Dunno exactly how much I'm feeling I Can't Believe It's Not Tiki - I haven't had much need for dancers outside of breaking out Olivia for some recent F2P strategies - but if one comes my way I guess Firestorm Dance might make Ninian a medium-priority acquisition again, get her in the RD dragon squad with Fae.

Eh. Might snipe a bit for Ares, see where it takes me.
Firestorm Dance, and all the other B Dance skills by extension, are really ****ing useless so don't bother with them. The boost they provide isn't enough to justify losing your B-slot that could be used for Wings of Mercy and such.

Can I see your team? I just want to see what characters you got.

I think I might have a chance against Red's dragon team while Stoopid's armor team will probably sweep through my team.

See I have a dilemma in this debate.

On the one hand, anyone I've ever spoken with involved in an emulator project fits Chiko's stance. Sample size problem? Possibly. But I don't think so; I'm inclined to agree.

On the other hand, I am a filthy, filthy pirate.

This must be how Hitachi felt.

I put it on him because I..wanted him to have it on him??
Expiration is a direct upgrade and he comes with it naturally.

Don't know if it was a Nowi or a Tiki but sad to say your sacrifice was mostly in vain.

I think I might have a chance against Red's dragon team
Pfft.

Nah.

If there's one thing that disappoints me the most about all this Nintendo Switch news, it's the lack of the Virtual Console. I was really hoping the Virtual Console on the Switch would expand to include the Gamecube and Wii games, but it seems like the only hope for them to have re-releases on the Switch is through HD ports like Twilight Princess and Windwaker had on the WiiU.

I was especially hoping to see Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn appear in a Switch Virtual Console so that people don't need to pay tons of money for physical copies of them or resort to ROM hacks just to play them, but it seems like the only hope they have for becoming accessible to gamers today is through HD ports/remakes.

Like, it is lower than the lowest an average Grima can go without attack decreasing skills, 53.
How is it a mere 47?
Lightning Breath.

It has 7 Mt compared to Expiration's 16.

Meaning that, if Pumpkapoo wakes up and realizes that what Grima had by default was much better in every way, his attack would be at 56.

I think I might have a chance against Red's dragon team while Stoopid's armor team will probably sweep through my team.
lol nope

If I'm not even sure I can kill red's dragons without some overwhelming offense, what the heck can YOU do?

I just find it hard to believe that emulator creators wouldn't know what the vast majority of their target base uses it for. Very few people care about the historical preservation of anything, a very lot of people want free stuff. It's a basic observation, and nearly any person you'll find talking about emulators on forums will admit to just using them to get games for free.

Emulator makers aren't necessarily do it to pirate, of course. They more than likely are doing it because it shows off their coding skills, or perhaps much more cynically because they don't see it as piracy and want to play Robin Hood. But nearly everyone that uses their programs, on the other hand. . .

I think we already know you like guys' sexy voices, ain't no matter if you like 'em on Reddit too.
I mean I don't blame her. An attractive voice helps things immensely, IMO. :p

Fun fact too. Generally Jamieson Price, the voice of Hawkeye, tends to voice burly Fire Emblem characters. Notably, Zephiel, Priam, and Emperor Rudolf, in addition to Hawkeye.

...But he also voices Virion, who is very much the opposite of that.

You got ninja'd by Opo.
The thing I'm most miffed about is the lack of Virtual Console. Namely, things like the GBA/DS games from the Wii U one would've been my bread and butter on the Switch. Ah well. Guess I better go buy any remaining NES/SNES games I still want on my 3DS in case Nintendo stops the service all together.

I don't know. The Virtual Console has been one of my favorite features since its inception, so I'm just sad to see it go.

I only know Priam and Virion and my head's still spinning.

Like, the fact that Charles Martinet voices both Mario and Parthurnaax makes infinitely more sense to me.

It would of been nice to play Pokemon Heart Gold on the Switch.
Also FE fans had to resort to those two things? I feel bad for them.
It's not a ninja when he's sharing his own personal opinion.

I have a hard time taking a stance against emulators. While I think piracy hurts companies and is a scummy way to play the stuff you like, I have pirated games before and will not deny it.

Hell, I pirated Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga and loved it. I pirated SF3rd Strike because there was no Japanese Arcade machine for me to buy.

At least with that last on I can buy it for the Switch.

But anyway, my point is if I were to say "don't pirate that you rapscallion!" I'd be a hypocrite. So I just shut up and don't download stuff I can buy.
