IIRC, if someone quits against your team, you don't get a Defense win.
I'm pretty sure it gives you a win if they quit, considering I've seen many people saying that they don't care about losing a character that they won't give the win to a Horse Emblem team/Brave Lyn/etc. Which seems to imply that surrendering gives a defense win.
I've seen people say the opposite all of the time- "I'm gonna quit out of spite so my opponent doesn't get points and get ahead of me in the leaderboard".
It's never worked that way, it's always been that if you surrender during an arena battle, that counts as a defence win for your opponent. You might be getting confused with people who say effectively the opposite - that they'll refuse to surrender out of spite, so their opponent doesn't get the defence win (as was suggested above). Usually because of someone using something considered obnoxious on their defence team, like the standard Lyn/Reinhardt combo, dragon teams, armour teams, and such.
Pretty good, the movement looks great. Of course since it's a doodle, it looks incomplete. Some more lines, a bottom half (even if its just a line to represent a table) and maybe a mouth because the gif's focus is on saying "boi". That's about it. Nice work.
The series has a lot of dark humor in it and a lot of stuff that could be considered gross. I say try to watch the pilot episode and if you don't feel comfortable with how it handles certain things, then it's probably not for you.

Sadly, no. Miiverse is required for creating online tournaments, but with the service closed now, you can only do regional or worldwide races; you'll have to put your race rating on the line.

Your mileage may vary, but how the comic book subs handle it is that you can't post the full thing, and only at most three pages. Though obviously it varies depending on length. An excerpt is fine, in other words, but not the entire thing.
No. That's not what she meant exactly. Basically, IS was doing a 20-question quiz and the people who answered them got them right. So all players, even the ones who didn't do the quiz, are going to get 10 Orbs and 5000 feathers on the 10th.
