My brain is conflicted trying to parse out that someone would say that in that context.

On one hand I can picture Fundies softening up terms since profanity and sexuality are big no-nos, but on the other hand that's usually a topic they tend to use more clinical terms for, be it out of discomfort over discussing it or scare tactics I don't know. I guess they figured they'd have a better chance of swaying you if they were "nicer" about it?

That said I tend to be pretty sheltered from the insensitive opinions that must be swirling around me. Only recently has the veil started to come off and I've been suitably horrified realizing what people I know or live near me really think of other members of the human race. Examining what little I know of my feelings so far, I have doubts I'll ever be quite in that position, although considering how much people fear what I am I still don't think I'd be welcomed in the world if push came to shove. :/

Cordelia, Robin Male, Female Corrin, and Reinhardt are all solid choices. I'd probably say Reinhardt corrin or cordelia though. Its tough as they all are really. IF you want bulk and power go for corrin or cordelia, if you want strength and another rising skill user, then Reinhardt is a pretty good one and has a lot of mobility, making him a powerful threat.

I think my most favorite part was the cashier's reaction. She sat there with mouth open and a surprised look on her face. My friend and I were laughing our asses off. The woman didn't even say anything else, just went to a different line.

Male Robin has always been one of my best units from my experience due to his solid stats all-around for a blue mage, and he even makes a great Takumi counter should you ever run into one in the Arena, so he'd be my pick.

Cordelia is good if you want a blue unit that hits like a truck. Almost the same thing can be said about Sharena, but Sharena has slightly less attack but has access to Rally Attack and a signature weapon that gives a nice Attack bonus. Female Corrin is good for tanking, while Reinhardt is a hard-hitter with great mobility but not very high speed.

What exactly do you mean by Reinhardt being a "rising skill user"?

I kind of am leaning towards him. His mobility could be useful, plus he's a ranged attacker.

The other suggestions are great characters, as is Sharena. But I already have 5-Star Red Units that fill similar niches to those ones so I'm not sure I need them as much (Ryoma has Astra like Cordelia and Distant Counter like Nowi. Eirika is a great buffer like Sharena. Young Tiki is a dragon like Corrin and Nowi. Tharja and Julia are tome users like Robin. Reinhardt is a tome user but he can move an extra space so that's a goid advantage, would have to assess his stats in comparison to Robin though).

From the looks of it (I know nothing about law, let alone trademark law, but I Googled it), it seems to indicate that the trademark holder (in this case, Nintendo) intends to use that trademark to sell something. I sincerely doubt that they have a sequel planned (unless that's what Retro Studios is working on), so it coming out as a Gamecube VC title definitely seems possible now. (unless I misunderstood what it means)

Win in the arena, daily log ins, and quests will hand them out as well as voting gauntlets like the upcoming mage one.

Cool to finally see Dhar in action since, if memory serves, he is the first character you get in the game. UI is pretty clean, but almost seems too minimalistic.

Of those, I'd probably go for either Corrin, Robin, or Reinhardt, personally.
Cordelia will destroy reds, but she's really fragile otherwise, so if you like units with a bit of bulk you might want to look elsewhere. Sharena is much the same; I think her main appeal is her buff skills, so if you have those covered, again you can probably look elsewhere.
Robin is really effective against colourless units, especially if you give him Triangle Adept to go with Blárraven. Statistically he isn't the best, but being able to mop up archers in one hit is always a good thing.
I really like Corrin's physical bulk and debuff skills, myself. She deals magical damage, too, which is nice since most physical attackers have poor resistance. I personally prefer her over anything Nowi offers (except Nowi's higher Res); if you want that Distant Counter, just have Corrin inherit Nowi's attack skill (but those debuffs...). I'm considering promoting Corrin myself once I get enough feathers.
As for Reinhardt: Is he +Spd? If so, drop him and wait until you get one who isn't. Once he promotes he will want to get Dire Thunder as soon as possible, and after that his speed basically ceases to be relevant for all intents and purposes. Ideally you want him with +Atk -Spd. Once he gets Dire Thunder, the real fun begins: throw Death Blow on him, ideally a bunch of cavalry buffs (he works best if you go full Horse Emblem), and send him off and watch him delete everything you encounter (assuming you don't encounter anyone named Julia or Titania). He is a pure player phase unit, so if you aren't going Horse Emblem you can probably ignore his defensive stats too in large part (they aren't that bad, to be fair, but he's getting doubled by everything in the game anyway so it doesn't matter as much overall). If all-out offence isn't your thing, though, you can probably pass on him for now.

If you want a suggestion out of left field... Jagen is surprisingly good in this game, especially if you're in need of someone to tank magical hits. He has the second-highest Res stat in the game, and comes with Aegis to boot (though you could also give him Glacies if you want him to deal more damage, too). Give him a Rally/Hone/Spur Resistance, and he is basically immune to most forms of magic save -wolf tomes and strong green magic. If he is -Res, though, don't bother since his Res is the whole reason you'd use him.
Clair and Shanna have decent Res too, and are really speedy, but I don't care much for them overall compared to the other lance fliers on offer (Catria is my preferred option from the lance category in general, personally, though I haven't happened across an Ephraim or Effie yet).

If they have to fit that team specifically, though, that team could use another physical attacker, so maybe Cordelia or Sharena would be best in that case.

The great badges? You get them from the higher levels of the Training Tower. They are randomly given out, though, so you could do the 10th Stratum endlessly and still not get many of them. Or you could do the 6th Stratum once and get a ton of them; it goes both ways.

Now he's the one ally Steven knows that he has right now.....in Homeworld, of all places.
