I actually liked Alien Force. Ultimate Alien was more or less just more seasons of it taken in a different direction from what I recall (the artstyle and character designs were pretty much the same, right?) but I'm aware it gets plenty of hate. I don't remember enough about to to say that I liked it or hated it.
On the other hand, I immediately took a disliking to Omniverse, both because of the change in style and because I didn't care for Ben's portrayal in it.

Plus the franchise still had a new installment a few years ago which could have had a sequel as it's ending pretty much opened the idea of a sequel. Said last installment also focused on the 10 year old, so a reboot just doesn't make sense. It's still popular with kids, it's recent enough for kids to start asking questions about why he doesn't seem to obsess over the alien they pushed for the last installment. PPG and Teen Titans were at least things which kids wouldn't be able to recognize. "It's for kids" is also a weak excuse when there's shows for kids with much better animation and overall more well-written. Star VS, Star Wars Rebels, My Little Pony, Steven Universe, Kamen Rider. All of these are shows that were meant for kids yet have a cult following from adults. "Star Wars sells on brand recognition" But if it's just that, why is it so beloved by fans?

Okay, yeah, now that's a problem. A lot of modern shows do have animation errors, it's common and forgivable, but I will admit that along with the artstyle, the animation looked pretty poor and lazy by today's standards, too. It's kind of hard for me to enjoy something that's hard to even look at. Lazy animation aside though, is it really that bad with animation errors
consistently? Like as bad as the PPG reboot had it to the point where there were painfully obvious errors almost once every episode?
I would argue that some of Steven Universe's content makes it less of a kids show entirely and one is more or less made for all ages. It's currently rated TV-PG after all. I definitely agree with the other shows you mentioned though.
I don't remember anything Ben 10 past the first series and the live action movies.
There were live action movies of Ben 10?
.....I really haven't paid much attention to Cartoon Network for so long now. I completely forgot those even existed.
