Is there a combo of DPS and buffs? :p
There are but their buffs aren't as good as the Troubadour's or Sovereign's
War Magus has two single-target buffs(one boosts Atk and the other Def) and Ailing Slash(lol other slash skills lol) which might just as well be the second most broken damaging skill in the game.
Highlander also has some party buffs like Bloodlust which boosts Atk in trade of HP loss and the most reliable DPS of the bunch

Most classes have some form of buff skill but only those two have any relevant ones to count as such while still being able to deal decent damage.
On the other hand, Medics have a Combat Medic tree skill but I don't know how viable it is

Apparently very, although they have to hang out in the front-row and they're still made of papier-mâché.

Neither Xenoblade was perfect by any means...having played through both I can see problems and issues with both...but the other usually excels where the other game struggles...for example Xenoblade Chronicles has a much stronger and more involved main story while it's sidequests were, just sort of there...Xenoblade Chronicles X doesn't really have too much in terms of story but it's sidequests are very well fleshed out...

Overall the experiences between the two games is pretty much summed up like this...
Xenoblade Chronicles-The characters and their journey on the Bionis/Mechonis
Xenoblade Chronicles X-The world of Mira and the freedom of exploration

If you prefer a more in-depth story then you'll enjoy XC a lot more, but if you enjoy more exploration then you'll enjoy XCX more...
If I really want to complain then is probably the character style. I was never a big fan of Xenoblade's character visuals, and I bet most people don't like it as well. Xenoblade Chronicles X nuff said, it's a bit of a train wreck.
So I was glad that they go with a nine style this time with Xenoblade Chronicles 2, which means that the game can still look new with its anime style through time. And won't need that much graphical power to design, that way the developer can focus on the game play and the game's open world.

Ah. The stabby and squishy.

The two are more separate than I'd like, but I think the Gunner and War Magus fit the bill.
Gunner has no buff skills actually. The closest is their charge skill but that is self-target only
Apparently very, although they have to hang out in the front-row and they're still made of papier-mâché.
Yeah but front and back rows are just a social construct to Beasts
Can I see pictures? :p
War Magus aka the pinnacle of Master of None. If it wasn't for Ailing Slash, they'd be nothing but with it, their other skills can find some use

Highlander, the op class for the Protagonist in the first Untold game. Thy hit really hard and sometimes hurt their friends to get more power. And some nice support skills too. Stigmata grimoire on Hexer tho

No team buffs, but they've got lots of debuffs and a pinch of heals. Fills a complimentary niche, was my thought.

War Magus still seems the better choice to do what's requested. Honestly though it seems very either/or in EOU2.

I. . .may have just preordered Woomy Kart 8 Deluxe.

Don't expect me to have it day of, I got free shipping for this one.

As for my sig, I already own Waku Waku 7, but I'm thinking I'll leave my sig for physical titles. Judging by my other systems, it'll take a while for a physical library to fill up but little digital things are gonna inflate the number. Although between my desire for Switch games and what's being offered I think this system might fill up a bit faster, LOL.

I'm not gonna waste money on just ANY physical game, though. But Woomy Kart looks fun to play. I never bought Mario Kart 8 the first time around anyway.

I'll take Highlander 1 or Magus 3. Whichever one works best for you. :p

Now that I like it, I made my decision.

While I can't play as him, hard to say no a
who is a friggin' :4ryu: clone.
I know I bring this up a lot, but there's porn of that character you know.(Yes, even though he's a sandbag.)

After a while, you'll just start accepting the pain

I still can't believe I got to make the thread talk about EO

I don't think they have debuffs either. Except Shell Shock but that's literally useless
I'll take Highlander 1 or Magus 3. Whichever one works best for you. :p
War Magus it is then, because it too fell victim of me not realising its potential
I only found out about AS's brokeness on the 4th Stratum in Story Mode, after that, Chloe just started outdamaging the class that was designed to be so op it's only avaible to the protagonist

Man, this Waku Waku 7 game has seizure tiers of flashing lights.
Pffffhahahahaha that was my exact reaction.

I got used to it, but it makes a bit of a first impression doesn't it?
what kart.....?oh yeah nevermind

Woo-me-my!

. . .Although I can definitely see myself playing with Link too. And Isabelle, assuming playing as a cinnamon roll that seems too pure for the track doesn't cause too much dissonance. I'd probably end up being one of those people in line for Super Smash Kart if that ever happened, LOL.
Once it gets released, online is going to be exactly this.
I dunno, Gold Mario is clearly the Deluxe in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. :p

Anyone who doesn't say Rashid is a damn fool. He was actually the hero of SFV, even more than Ryu killing Bison.
Agreed. He's definitely my favorite new Street Fighter character in years.

But don't worry Juri, you are still my second favorite.

An elevator
Been in a video game slump since I beat Skyward Sword after it completely engrossed it

Turns out breaking that slog might be a combination of anime and a game super far back on my backlog (EO). who would have guessed. i've been playing this whole time and that was way too long

Huh, my Switch just downloaded an update for Zelda while I was in the middle of playing it.

I'm in the middle of a shrine, so I haven't restarted for it yet.

I wonder what it's for...

Opossum is sitting on the bench for now, as he doesn't have a Squad of his own to join. I'll make another 3 characters tomorrow

As for Swamp...

He's our token Loli... reclassed from Troubadour to Survivalist.
So, alright, fun facts, Troubadours suck in term of stats, but the thing is, all of their skills have set modifiers and don't take stats into account amexcept for turn order so they really don't care. The only good stat they really have is Agi and even then it's not that good, it's just good. Fortunately, Bows and Guns use Agi to calculate damage so we can turn our Bard friend here into a user of those two classes and she can do hetter than she'd do with a sword.

So yeah, I'll make Swamp a loli that can shoot arrows into the sky and then make them rain down on his/her enemies.

So AoT season 2 is only gonna be 12 episode. Just 12
It seems surprising they would resort to this, especially since they have enough material to cover 25 episodes (season 1 covered chapters 1-33, while the manga is currently about to reach its 92nd chapter, making it perfect for chapters 34-70 to be covered), but I have two predictions where this could be going:
  • There will be a three-month long gap between the first half of seasons 2 and the second half, where the second half would come out in October. Fate/Zero and Fate/Stay Night UBW did exactly that when they first aired on TV.
  • Probably much more likely: Because WIT Studio is now aware about the AoT anime's massive success, they are aiming for a more annual schedule for each season so that we won't have to wait as long between seasons, but in order for that to work, they need to limit each season to 12 episodes, covering one arc for each season, so that they don't cover too much material to create a long waiting gap between each season.

Splatoon humor is kind of one big inside joke anyway. If the game didn't click with you then making text vocalizations isn't gonna do much.

It's like trying to say "Falcon Punch" around someone who doesn't care about Smash, but way more esoteric.

Esoteric doesn't mean BAD, though. :4megaman:

*EDIT* And yeah, the game looks solid no matter who's in the driver's seat. May as well have an adorable face there though, eh? . . .eh?. . .

I think Space Jam 2 looks amazing.
You scared me for a second, I looked back at the forum and then all of the sudden I see this post. :p With how many sequels we get all the time(even for franchises that haven't been around for decades.), I wouldn't be surprised.

Oh god, don't give anyone the idea for Loliboards, please, I beg you...
