Me neither, but nevertheless, it wasn't that bad as I though, it was not bad, and it could have been worse.
That's awesome, LWA is probably the best all-girl anime in 2017 (Although my brother prefers Youjo Senki at this moment), it's good on it's comedy,characters and plot (For now). At first I didn't really bother to watch it, but after I heard it's from TRIGGER I then give it a shot. The anime does reminds me of both Harry Potter and My Hero Academia to some extent, but it still stands out.I am sure @Shishœ (excitement spree incoming) andmario123007 will be pleased to hear I watched the first four episodes of LWA! And I thought the series was old (I knew movies had been made, but never realized there were two before the series), but these were actually being released this year! Must of been the huge success of the two movies that led to this series. Regardless, I might consider watching the rest now as the show looks amazing visually, the comedy is great and makes me laugh quite a lot, and the characters all have so much personality! It's fascinating how LWA never exactly appealed to me at first since I never watched the movies. After watching the show yesterday, I am now very interested and it has caught my attention at the same time.
Although I will admit... I will probably be watching and reacting to the show on my own. Oh well; that's just how I tend to watch anime.
P.S.... (this is a spoiler at the beginning of LWA, but somewhat notable if you haven't watched it yet).
I know I post this before, but episode 12 probably was the only time we see Sucy and Constanze together in one scene.

Pros:
-GUREAITO animation
-Beautiful artwork
-Cinnamon rolls everywhere
-Every character is a cute girl, and I do mean EVERYONE. Except that one teacher, you know the one.
-Harry Potter wishes it was this good
-Motivational messages and valuable Aesops to learn
-Feel-good mood throughout all of the episodes 24/7
-Cast is at least 90% lesbian
-No fanservice
-So pure that even svrolling down too much on Google Images won't give you porn
-Akko is Rule 63 Deku
-Seriously, they even look similar
-And their backstory and motivations are basically the same
-Hell, both of their show's name even have Academia on it
-I'm probably getting sidetracked here
-You'll be smiling for the entire 24 minutes of runtime
-Did I mention it's also really funny too?
-The OP is great and puts you in an equally as great mood
-The ED tho
-It's, like, a whole other level of greatness
-It just makes me feel so good

Overall the plot isn't that bad. My brother's problem is with how did the main character Kirito get through in the later part of the movie.
I mention my brother because... he actually had bought and read nearly all of SAO light novel. So yeah, to some extent he was a SAO fan, even he were a bit distaste of the movie. My sister even said Kantai Collection The Movie that me and my sister just watched in the theater a few days ago was better than SAO:Ordinal Scale, even though I kind of disagree on that one.

BTW LWA also has manga adaption, and so far there's only three versions, I have checked the one by Teri and one by Satou. Teri's version despite being toalyy unrelated to the main anime it actually shows that many people (Probably most conservative witches) including Lotte's family thinks that Chariot is a bad influence and looked down by other witches.
Satou just portrays the first episode where Akko goes to Luna Nova, but still a bit different in some part.
I can't find any Yuka's version of LWA manga scan, but I googled it, and honestly, her style kills LWA's comedy vibe, it's basically just a Shojo manga... don't get me wrong, I like her manga style too but her style just doesn't fit. It's literally just doujin imo.
I mean just look at it... cute as a doujin manga, but as an official license manga? No...

Coming from someone who used to be a part of an LGBT club, even I had the feeling that the community is far from connected with each other. Even for a long time, I found the reason for putting transsexuals with the others odd (except for historical reason like you've said).

Basically how I feel about Dark Link x Link and Dark Pit x Pit.
I mean, pretty much the whole reason why LGBT exists is because the need for their rights. There's never been a "community" outside of protesting and rights. I mean, think about it, how much do gay guys and lesbians have in common outside of that? Very little just because of sexual interests alone and also considering that they are likely to hang out with people of the same sex anyway. Though they are treated differently too, and honestly, there just doesn't seem to be as much controversy when it comes to lesbians, but that's often because it's seen hot by straight guys, but that's not the only factor. Some other factors: It's expected of a woman to be beautiful while men are often seen as ugly and also because guys have *****, people are afraid of ***** and what you can do with them.
Glad that I'm not alone. Don't get me wrong, there's no problem with Sakurai having fun with the Pic of the Day. But the whole concept of shipping Lucina and Palutena because of one picture was always stupid.
