Mass Effect Andromeda is a lesson on why you should be wary about giving your big name IP to your B-Team studio. And if you do, be sure to actually help them.
Whatever the main Bioware team is working it, I hope is good enough to offset this.
Found out that GameStop is offering the 3DS a $150 trade in towards the Switch.
Time to dust off my "Old" 3DS that has been sitting in my drawer for 2 years collecting dust since I got the New 3DS at launch back in 2015 (holy crap, IT IS SO TINY!).
It's not in the best condition but it still in perfect working order and hopefully worth that $150.
I've heard of it and the FE comparisons
I should give it a try
Another great Not!FE anime is Arslan Senki
You got your Jagen/Oifay, your useless Lord until he gets a late promotion, you have your Tactician, Ho Yay, recruiting enemies, going on sidequests with little connection to the main plot, a ship map and more Ho Yay, lots of it.
It has 2 seasons(one with 25 episodes and the other with 8... don't ask) and adapts almost the entire first arc, I'm still waiting for them to do another season because it'd really only need another 8 episodes

Best way I can describe the FE comparisons here in Yona:
Main character is a sheltered princess completely oblivious to all conflict and ways of the world? Check.
Gets thrown into the beginning of a war, completely helpless and not knowing what to do? Check.
Gets saved by retainers, one of which is an overpowered general (albeit not on horseback)? Check.
Japanese inspired kingdom VS European inspired kingdom? What do you mean this isn't FE Fates?
Sheltered princess starts training to become a badass and building up an extremely varied squad of companions to take on large armies? Sounds a lot like Fire Emblem classes.
Dragons and people with dragon blood? Absolutely.
And most importantly...
Fights for her friends? Literally says it as the last line of the second episode.
They even have moments where they take a moment to discuss battle tactics and make note of enemy positions, like a Fire Emblem player checking the layout of the map to see how to progress unharmed.
Surprisingly, the Streetpass Bunny is the winner. I guess knowing that he is a salesman, some can see him as a perfect representative for various Streetpass games. Iris didn't do that horribly, knowing enough people have played one of the best games ever (Monster Manor).
Now we are doing Nintendo characters that are in charge of the systems in game applications (from the DSi to 3DS). These can be seen as guides or even mascots that help you use them properly. Your choices are Swapnote's Nikki, Nintendo Badge Arcade's Badge Bunny, Flipnote's Flipnote Frog, and the AR Box from AR Games. Quite the strange line up of characters, but I'm sure some will strike your fancy.
There was a problem fetching the tweet
Now if you all excuse me, I have a date with Kamen Rider.
When you type up long winded rants and realize no one would care. :/
Uh. . .TL;DR, TL;DR. . .People complain not enough enemies in BotW, I decide to look for something REALLY worth it out of the pile instead of just nostalgia bait.
I found one thing so far that I think could be melded with the. . .fairly long string of requirements for a high quality enemy, and it actually is what people ask for seemingly the most hilariously enough.
But I have a very weird and almost certainly unlikely to be used idea for them and would rather they be scattered across the world than cubbyholed to one spot.

Badge Bunny and Nikki hands down. I can see those two having some hype and unique abilities going for them. A slapstick pink rabbit with shapeshifting and a carefree glasses wearing Mii with pencils are good fits for Smash.
Meanwhile, the AR Box is very bland (it has no arms) and the Flipnote Frog is a huge stretch (even Nikki can cover the drawing gimmick more than it).

Lol Arslan Senki checks everything but the Japanses-inspired Kingdom(it's Not!Persians vs. Not!Romans iirc) and the Dragon people stuff
Actually, the only thing that I'd say AS clearly has that is NOT FE is the lack of general magic
There's like, one Sorcerer and one Giant in the first part though apparently the later parts of the novels had more of it
