Well, I thought that there would be more unknown CPSIAs if it was for an alt costume. It would seem odd to just have one new costume releasing alongside ,, and .

It'd seem to me that they might just release those three, then release an 'alt costume' wave, a few months later. Would definitely love an alt costume wave, though.

But they have to be holding Cloud, Corrin, and Bayo off for something, Switch port or not. It's been well over a year since the amiibo were announced, yet we've seen hide nor hair of them, and my collection is itching for a Corrin.

OMFG these mandela effect people need to stop using animals they have never heard of as results of the mandela effect. There are millions and millions of animals in the world and chances are there are animals you've never heard of.

Saying tardigrades are new because of the mandela effect is absurd. They evolved BEFORE arthropods. Arthropods were around in the (At least animals considered panarthropoda) in the cambrian period

MK8 also brought new and improved battle modes.

If Smash 4 Switch has new and improved modes I'd listen to what they have to say. I'm not gonna buy the game a third time so I can beat Classic Mode, All Star Mode and Smash Run with a new character lol.

I really don't want Smash 4 to be ported. Console sales will lift yadda yadda - I'll wait 3-4 years for a Smash 5 thank you very much.

The thing is? Nintendo has already seen that no matter the character you're going to have someone outcrying they were cut. It's a risky business cutting ANYONE at this point.

I would prefer a port right now I guess, because I wouldn't have to worry about my favorite characters being cut (notably Roy and Corrin, who are the recipients of much butthurt and whining on the internet) again, for the time being. I could just look forward to a few new characters, stages and features without having to worry which of my favorite characters will get the axe (my main was cut two games in a row, I'm a bit paranoid), at least until Sma5h. I definitely get why people don't want to buy the game again, though.

Basically. It's canon you made in your head. Sometimes it's simple stuff like "Peter Parker eats pineapple pizza." Other times it's major things that build off of and fills in gaps in the official canon.

The biggest gaping hole to me is The Ice Climbers. Like Wolf is nice, and Snake was grande.

But Wolf was a variant of someone's play style, and Konami effectively has killed Snake at this moment in time.

Ice Climbers is the only case of a completely unique playstyle and a whole series going bye bye in one cut.

LOL, I'm kind of just bored and watching videos on youtube and feel the need to share how unbelievably crazy some of these people are. OR some strange things they point out which have interesting coincidences or hints of truth

I guess the biggest issue with cuts, clones and semi-clones is inconsistency.

Wolf cut but other, more cloney clones (Lucas, Roy) brought back.

Dark Pit, Lucina and Dr. Mario as seperate characters but Alph as a palette swap (not to mention other obvious palette swaps ignored i.e Dark Samus/Daisy and other, less likely options)

I dunno. I'm not as concerned with the roster anymore. Spent too long being hopeful in Melee, then Brawl, then Sm4sh.

I'm so old. I actually am, it's my birthday tomorrow.

Really? There are quite a few characters now that could be cut that wouldn't bother me.

Funnily enough, close to all of them were either Newcomers or DLC in Smash 4.

No disrespect intended of course, but they are who I would be least sad to see go at this stage.

I'm not salty about the last wave of DLC by the way. It wasn't what I was after because I'd never played any of the games, but I know a lot of people liked those characters.
