The far majority of the reviews seem to be positive.

Yeah most of the ones with scores I've seen so far have 7.5 and higher.
IGN are an exception but I sure as hell am not trusting a review from the guy that gave Evolve a 9 or SF V at launch an 8.

Regardless literally every console at launch has had reviews saying "It'll get better with time, maybe wait a few months, not many games worth playing" and let's not forget that with the recent consoles they didn't have the features they have now at launch.
I don't get why people treat launches like they should have absolutely everything. You don't blow your load at the start.

But for me at launch there's Fast Racing, Zelda and Bomberman whilst Snipperclips seems interesting with SF and maybe MK8 a few months later with Fire Emblem Warriors, 3d Mario and Xenoblade 2 by the end of the year.
Xbox One didn't have **** for me until about a year later with MCC and that was a mess for many people. It's pretty much my third party machine with a few exceptions.
PS4 only just now hit it's stride for me after a year of having nothing until Bloodborne. It then became a Bloodborne machine with minor stops for Ratchet and Uncharted.

Etika is a piece of **** regardless, and I'd say that the youtubers would still bre critical if it was bad. Man, nerds are still getting tight over what's being called anime or not? People are really invested in their moving pictures, I guess.

In all seriousness, getting this enraged over the words people do described what are cartoons in the end is always embarrassing to see. No one need to bring out the pitchforks and torches.

That being said, I like to think anime is more defined by it's storytelling styles and art more than location of origin, especially these days with things like Avatar and Korra clearly resembling anime in both narrative styling and aesthetics. Even anime creatively directed in Japan is often outsourced to Korea. Not to mention that those classic American 80s cartoons like Transformers were animated by Japanese studios (the whole property is an adaption of a Japanese if you want to look it up), though calling them anime is a bit of a misnomer.

In the end of the day, don't get so pissy about some person calling something "anime" or not on the internet. You're going to look like a fool no matter what. Just watch your cartoons please. I know I got a few in the backburner.

Honestly, Madoka makes me laugh and scream simultaneously. It's SO ****ing similar to Ryuki which came out 15 years ago. It's not 'oh hey that looks similar' but it's the ****ing same, only one has kickass Contract Monsters and the other has pretty magical girls

That aside, Kotaku, IGN, Wired, Eurogamer, and Polygon have all been critical of it.

That's what I tough I first. But MGS fan reallyyyyyyy don't like MGS4 for the most part. Now, it seem less so because MGSV somehow was worse in term of character, story and writting. But MGS4 didn't get more appreciation contrary to MGS2, in fact, the opposite seem to have happen. With more peoples disliking MGS4 as times passed. Which is a shame for a game that was made to please fan and actually finishing the saga. (Right MGSV???) But hey, who know at this point.

Don't disagree with that. Movement was a total cluster**** due to lacking a proper figurehead who represented the core ideals of the movement. It got flooded with edgy teens, and falseflaggers, and ****posters, each one pushing their own agenda.

But let's be objective, at its very core, the Five Guys Scandal was "Zoe Quinn slept with these 5 people with positions of power and exposure, and cheated on her boyfriend, in order to promote her ****ty game, and get herself into the mainstream." It was never about feminism, it was about how the industry even allowed this sort of thing to happen, and the dishonesty of the people who put someone on a pedestal in exchange for sexual favors.

It's all over now, so who cares. The media that was being attacked lashed out with slander, and the entire thing got muddled. It was ****ed from the start tbh.

Keep in mind that it was a exemple. I don't really go into MGS forum because the franchise is kinda dead at this point. And Konami isn't soon going to bring it back. That's for sure...

But I don't want into mindless debate since I have still not played MGS4 for myself (I am playing MGS2 now), I want to have a opinion of the game after playing every MGS in order of their release date beside V and GZ to see how strong or weak 4 is. And being 100% sure if I really like this game or not.

However, my point was that after that incident, I learned not to trust nor give clicks to certain gaming journalists.
