Decided to watch Made in Abyss after Explanation Point's video.
Gotta say, this looks promising, I love stories that follow the kind of worldbuilding that goes "make up cool **** then try to figure out why the cool **** exists

Explanation Point only has 7 videos and he has over 50,000 subs, that is so rad.
I think this is the video you watched, I watch Made In Abyss when Chibi Reviews decided to watch it.

Glad you decided to watch it, you may know I did talk about Made In Abyss a few weeks ago, and I had just finish reading the Manga.
I will definitely not going to spoil anything for now until the anime reaches to a certain point.
And chibi style with dark sequence is just... Awesome.
If you think that going down to the Abyss and get attacked by monsters is dark, well you ain't seen nothing yet.

Regardless, if RE:Revelations 1+2 are coming to the Switch, then I do hope that they'll decide to port Monster Hunter Worlds to Switch. But then I'll be stuck in the same void with Skyrim about not knowing which platform I should go with... Either way, I'd be happy to buy this bundle when it releases.

Out of some of the Greek characters you don't know, why is Chiron one of them? He's not just the teacher of Achilles, but practically just about most every big Greek Hero including Ajax, Perseus, Theseus, Jason, Achilles' father Peleus(Chiron was the reason how Peleus met his wife to father Achilles), his best friend Patroclus, the Trojan Hero Aeneas, the God of Medicine Asclepius, and even Heracles(who is also the one who accidently killed him in most myths).
There are more, but they are obscure compared to the ones mentioned above. Not to mention out of the couple Centaurs who weren't a ****, Chiron is the most famous one.

Well, I never went out of my way to read Greek myths and I don't think Chiron is referenced in many modern works

I dunno about 2 but the first game is a great starting point.

So yeah, try Revelations 1, it's plot isn't tied to other games so it's easy to follow. Only real ties to prior games are Jill and Chris.

A site called Pause Resume did an interview with Amelia Gotham, the voice of Mipha in Breath of the Wild.

There were some interesting points in here (some are spoilers).

-She read lines for every female character in the game for her first audition. For her second audition, she was actually called back for the part of Zelda instead of Mipha. The reason for this was because Nintendo were satisfied with her audition for Mipha the first time and were already pretty set on giving her the role. So she almost ended up voicing both Zelda and Mipha.

-Amelia herself teared up in the booth while recording the lines for the scene where Mipha was reminiscing about her father and wanting to see him again.

-Mipha's feelings for Link were finalised before the English dub and weren't a new addition for the English localisation. Worth noting as I've seen a lot of people try to claim that she didn't have feelings for him in the Japanese version simply because it isn't emphasised as much as in the English dub.

-Amelia had difficulty getting her voice to match the facial animation in the game, since the game wasn't re-animated for English or other languages. That would explain why some line delivery was a bit awkward.

-She has played the older Zelda games (didn't specify), but hasn't played any video games or owned a video game console in years, and as such, hasn't played Breath of the Wild yet.

-She "can't comment" on whether or not she has a role for the DLC coming in Winter. Not that I had any doubts but I take that as a soft confirmation that Mipha is somehow gonna have a voiced role in the DLC, as well as the other Champions.
