I forgot that Raiden is a rumor only, and not confirmed. That would make a lot of sense. If the image wasn't leaked, it'd be an even sweeter surprise if that idea is real.

Ed Boon will always ignore a leak if it's real. He didn't this one. Maximilian Dood, God bless him, tweeted out saying that list was fake as hell and Boon retweeted it.

Besides that fact, the list said that Black Lightning was going to be a premier skin for Raiden but due to fan backlash they reversed the roles. And anyone who knows anything about game development knows that's bull****. They're not going to throw out a ton of concept art and work on the ****ton of gear due to fan backlash. It's just not how it works.

tl;dr that list is fake as ****.

...Grieth is pretty much the only major boss who doesn't have critical hit quotes. Desaix, Slayde, Nuibaba, Fernand. Berkut, Rudolf, and Jedah all have unique quotes, but Grieth doesn't.
