I like how people are complaining about how Pokémon's taken over the thread yet when the NX had full control no one cared, despite the fact it got turned into a beaten, dead horse very quickly and not long after that, it was to the point where not even the bones were left. If anything the Pokémon talk has been making sure things actually stay interesting and don't go back to the dark age.

Ash Greninja is broken AF. With a held item those stats are huge.

Altho he still needs to get a KO to activate it.

I guess Gen 7 metagame will be running from Greninja and trying to KO it haha. Without Protean it might be hard for a normal Greninja to get a KO.

Also 175 BP for Thunderbolt is good, but you can only use it once. Not sure if it's even worth it.

Not so much a complaint from me. I've just never been one of those big time Pokémon players who focuses heavily on movesets, etc. So it just is hard for me to jump into a conversation about it.

My breath of Pokémon knowledge is which Pokémon is cutest and goes woosh woosh or boot boot when in battle.

2HKO is not worth it. You'd need to make sure it hits against a neutral or super effective type. If it hits a resistance or immunity it's useless.

Guess it's up to what kind of set you like to run.

They probably don't want to use Ash-Greninja competitively since the bad vibes of Ash losing all the main leagues in each region (especially the Kalos league) might spread to them and make them lose.

If that's the case, it may mean the 25 cameos rumor is done since it stated 25 were in the game, which left 9 to be revealed. However, that still means GF may've played their entire hand anyway, so it's not like too much changed in that regard.
