Toon Link's new weapon feels like it should play one of those weird Thomas the Tank Engine/Expletive filled rap song mash-ups when you use it.

Kafie's Quest is way too tedious. I don't like that.
But at least I have all the masks now except fierce diety's. Ill finish the game tomorrow.

I lost my phone and was freaking out. As I was walking back from my car because I checked if it was there, I saw a glint coming from the grass near my house.

Apparently my phone must have fallen out of my pocket outside.

First time that's happened ever

Well, you were more lucky than a friend of mine: his phone fell out of his pocket while orienteering in a forest.

After 40 years, I can't believe Akimoto-san is finally giving up on his long running masterpiece. The days of Ryo-san's daily life in the Katsushika Ward are finally coming to an end. Most of us may not be as lucky to read the manga or watch the anime (I know --- --- and FalKoopa FalKoopa does), but it's been a long emotional ride for those fans in Japan and other places in the world. 2016 is a sad year when four popular WSJ series ended to make room for a new era of the magazine. May you continue trying to find ways of making more money than your boring police station job for eternity Kankichi Ryotsu.

Actually I just bought the first volume while I was over in Japan, though it is a series I'd love to get into more. Like Urusei Yatsura I'd imagine I'd be hooked on it once I put some more effort into it.

Still this is shocking that the manga with the highest volume count (199 currently) is ending after 40 years. I remember seeing an elderly man at the train station reading a volume (~177?), and my middle-aged professor in college grinning at me when I got into a conversation about the manga.

Best comparison to this that I can think of would be the Simpsons finally ending it's broadcast run.

Was wondering why Steve Irwin was trending on Facebook...Apparently they found a letter he wrote to his parents before his passing...

And there are people are ******** about his grammar and spelling...WTF is wrong with people?...

Either way it was 10 years ago he died...Where has the time gone?
RIP Steve-O!

Of course I'm the dumbo that buys Termina first. :4dedede:

Thank you for your advice, I'll try MQ (And get that sexy purple Link costume)
I mean.
They're ranked in difficulty...
By release.
Almost like they're meant to be an ongoing process of level gaining and all that.

Warning: A liiittle disturbing and graphic. Like... E-10+ so but still.
It's not always that bad.
(And yes he's still playing it for daily episodes to this day)

Yeah but the one I saw was with a major video game developer. One which I think a few people here might know a small thing about

Voted to have hints and not progress shots in Smashified's poll.

I don't want to 100% know the character. With Hints I could be wrong and most of the time I have no idea who they might be.

Would remove the surprise......and you can see the progress in the video anyway.

When is the next Smashified coming out anyways? Feels like forever since the last one.

There is no real plot per se, but it's a an episodic comedy that usually explores two things: Ryo-san finding one job or plan that can get him more money than his current job as a police man or any celebrity or current events that the Katsushika Ward is involved in a la The Simpsons.

So you can imagine how much material it had when running for that long. Akimoto is in his 60's and I think him ending Kochikame is his way of moving on.

Whoa, it's ending? This is a sad day... I absolutely loved the anime, and was one my gateway series to anime, along with Crayon Shin-Chan and Doraemon. I was seriously lucky that the anime was aired on TV here dubbed in Hindi, which is a luxury considering how few countries the anime has aired in. It was rather popular here too.

I still remember when I used to watch reruns of it back around in 2008-10. Good times. The Hindi OP of the anime, if anyone is curious

You'll always live in our hearts, Ryotsu.

Kochikame. The manga itself is ending in a few weeks, the anime been gone by 13 years.

With four big hits gone (Assassination Classroom, Nisekoi, Bleach, and Kochikame), you know that Jump will be in for some big changes. And some of the current new series (Boku no Hero Academia, Black Clover, etc) have some big shoes to fill.

Kochikame is finally coming to an end and here I am wondering when Ai Asato specifically had a full on sex change (I think it was somewhere in the early 100 volumes).

A dawn of Weekly Shonen Jump is among us. One Piece is the only Big 3 member left, Boku no Hero Academia is already surpassing Haikyu!! in terms of sales, so many older series have ended (The most notable one being Bleach other than the obvious), Toriko and Gintama are getting close to their finale month by month, and Boruto is here to stay as Naruto's replacement. It really makes me wonder how different things would be in 5 years from now without these giants (or supergiant in Kochikame's case).

I have a question.

There was a problem fetching the tweet

Who is this and should we trust them?

Also can anyone read German to tell us what this is?

Possibly the most embarrassing thing I saw a game dev do.

Context:
There was a problem fetching the tweet

Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford got upset at this joke on Twitter. And people called him out on it. And because of that he decided to do an "anti bigotry" song at Pax West yesterday.
