Little Macster Crab looks kinda silly, but in a good way. I like him.

No Sandghastle is disappointing, but I still like Palossand thought. His ability is kinda weird, since it's require to be hit by a super-effective move that is usually Special to raise your normal defense.

And there's also the fire turtle that looks like the child of Bowser and Pingu that I never talked about. He's ok, but not my favorite.

Down to the very last turn, Birthright tried to RNG screw me. Corrin managed to miss an 80% chance attack which was all I would need to beat the game. Jesus this game hated me.

Thankfully Ryoma swooped on in to steal the kill. Beating the last chapter in one turn is ok I guess. . .but the fact that that is even possible (let alone really easy) when the chapter looks like it is meant to be a really long slog seems silly.

Of course YOU CAN'T ****ING SAVE so i'll take my chances so I don't have to redo a boring ass chapter a second time I guess.


Oh and uhh. . .I beat Birthright on hard mode I guess. . .so that's cool. My heroes were pretty much Corrin, Hana, Ryoma, Oboro, and Silas for every chapter lol. Now to go find another game to play. I'm thinking Spyro 1.

So I was watching footage of Palossand fighting, and I gotta say, I can really see the improvement of the attack animations. Shadow Ball looks really cool. All the moves Crabrawler was shown using definitely look good too.

Anyone figured out all the moves Crabrawler used in the Worlds footage (there were roughly eight total moves shown)? I could only pinpoint Close Combat, Crabhammer, Stone Edge, and Dynamic Punch.

Thing is, we aren't the anime's target audience, so it has no reason to appeal to us.

Pokémon anime has a shifting fanbase, one that grows into it and grows out of it with each season. That explains why they have been able to keep it running by cycling the same basic story since 1998.

It's not supposed to appeal to us, so there's no point in getting upset over it, really.

Maybe you all missed the part when I said I didn't care what went down in the Anime. I'm saying this because people have the tendency to use that word because people are saying something they don't like so they feel the need to undermine them using that petty word. When you do that **** it pisses me off. More so when it's used in a Smash context but pretty much in any other situation as well. Just because people wanted the plot to progress normally doesn't mean they have to be labelled that way.

I mean, I suppose that during the Zygarde arc, the league may find out that Alain was working for Team Flare this whole time and disqualify him, although I doubt Ash would accept that and feel that Alain still deserved the trophy.

Although a rematch may turn up between their Greninja and Charizard but eitherway. Ash will probably still wish to go to the Alola region and try and win the league (or whatever the final test that region has to offer) legitimately on his own there....

I mean, I will hand it to him, at least Ash finally made it to the finals rather than being somewhere in the top 8 again or something.... Eitherway, I don't think it would matter much whether Ash would win the league or not. He'd most probably still want to travel to the next region regardless.

Just my two cents on that I guess.

We can just ignore IGN reviews. I don't know if I will get FF, but it's nice to see good reviews for it. It shows that despite the hate, Nintendo still did good on the game and it's a nice metroid title even if it's not what fans expected.

Nintendo Stocks are plummeting right now, and users on FB are claiming it is because people are cancelling their SM preorders after the Kalos League fiasco lol.
I don't think the anime can affect the games and stocks that much but it would be hilarious if the backlash is really that big.

And then the stocks will rise when people realize that was a dumb mistake and that Sun and Moon is a fantastic entry in the series. ( at least it looks like one)

nope, so nothing is more credible yet.

It's a good thing the main Team Flare arc trailer has its like/dislike bar disabled, because I can only imagine how many more dislikes that one would have compared to the new episode preview.

I too wish that video didn't have this much dislikes because it's a good preview for what's to come, but I think that's just the Pokemon community's way of trying to reach the writers about what they thought. I bet the writers might be looking at this and thinking, "This was inevitable. We could quote Ash's famous line to remind them there could be good things to come out of it, but let's just wait and see."

That is a smart move. It is a good way of showing their thoughts It might help teach the writers better ways of doing a situation like this again.

I'm guessing they're thinking "Hey we shouldn't have had the guy who wrote Cameron vs Ash for this".

I really don't understand why they needed them back, but this could be a good guess....

Nice to finally see the remaining mons in action! Crabrawler also is neat. He could become used often in competitive play if he has decent enough stats. Might use one, but probably not in main play.
