So.
6 Generations in.
Pokemon has no natural Poison legendary (yes I know; Arceus + Toxic Plate). Only 1 Bug Legendary.
Pokemon has no dark gym.
Pokemon has only used 133 of 171 type combinations across a roster of... ~800 (because Mega Evos)

Welcome back old friend.

Thanks, your avatar reminded me. I need to continue playing Advance Wars whenever a certain someone is done watching Netflix on the Wii U.
A wise decision indeed. I've been playing AW like a madman whilst gone for the past 3 weeks and I loved every second of it. Fingers crossed for a new game to be revealed this year.

Since I missed out on the start of this thread..

Favourite Video Game Franchise: Tossup between The Legend of Zelda, Advance Wars, Golden Sun, and Pokemon.
Favourite Video Game: The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time
Favourite Video Game Character(s): :4ganondorf:
Most Wanted Characters for Smash: Andy and Isaac mostly whom I feel should have been added in Brawl really. Other than that I support K. Rool, Crash, YLink, and a bunch of other characters.
Most Wanted Stages for Smash: Not to picky about this but i'd like Fourside to return with a Day/Night system
Sm4sh Mains: :4cloud::4feroy::4drmario::4marth::4lucina:
Sm4sH Secondaries: :4lucas::4jigglypuff::4shulk::4mewtwo::4wario2:

Champ Gold Champ Gold Crap, just heard about it now. Really sad.

Through the Looking Glass isn't that bad

It's not super awesome, but it's not that bad.

I'd argue it's better than the first

I've just seen AniMat's review for Alice in Wonderland's Through The Looking Glass.

My mother****ing eyes can unsee what I've just witnessed. :urg:
A fellow AniMat watcher?!

And here I was, thinking I was alone!:estatic:

Come here! Give me a hug.

...

And yes, the end was... how to say it right...

Ah yeah! : Soul-Scaring!

So, for those of you curious. 171 - 133 = 38.

I've watched the review myself and saw the infamous scene the fans were cranky about.

AniMat seriously needs to think about shaving. He's like the Wolfman in human form.

A lot of these I look at and think "but isnt that one Pokemon this type? ...Oh, it's something that makes less sense."
For some reason, I can't picture an Ice/Steel Pokemon being anything other than a mechanical creature.

Dark/Fairy is an oxymoron

Also Poison/Ice and Bug/Dragon was fun.

Also Fire/Grass would be freaking strong

I don't agree with everything he says either. However, he is quite entertaining and most of his reviews are useful to make a small idea about animated movies (and by this I don't mean take all he says as the word of God).

Was the film Where The Dead Go To Die?

I've already been exposed to it through Mr. Enter's video and accidentally seen some clips. It's much worse than anything you can see out of DeviantArt.

Please, don't tell me you actually watched it. I hope it isn't the case, from what he said, it sounded like an nightmare... actually, no word can describe how horrible it seems.

I think one single Google search was enough to lead me into thinking it is the worst movie of all time. Good thing I will never think about watching the full film.

But yeah, I try not to think about what would have happened to Effie, I'm already moved enough by Xander
"Come home, Little Prince/Princess, we can be a family once again"
My heart, just, ugh, I can't betray him when he says thibgs like that
Yeah, I can relate to which nation I wanted to side with first because of how a sibling approached you. For me, when Hinoka broke down in tears upon seeing you again and, followed with Ryoma telling you about how she was affected by your abduction, it became one of the main reasons why I wanted to play Birthright first.

Xander's "Little Prince/Princess" phrase was pretty sweet when I first read it, but it wasn't until his death in Birthright when that phrase really impacted me. Let's just say, he says "Little Prince/Princess" during the most emotional moments of his death, and hearing them used this way to create such a powerful impact made me grown more attached to Xander at that point.

Not even your average creepypasta would compare to Where The Dead Go To Die.

No Sonic.EXE, no Tails Doll, no Yellow Devil, no Jeff the Killer, no Slenderman, no Lavender Town Syndrome, nothing else.

I just realized a legendary I might use, if it's ever made and if it looks good

They need to make a legendary bug pokemon.

I would take the time to grind that

In other news, I just finished Steins Gates. One of the best thing I ever watched. 10/10, recommend it to everyone that like science-fiction and a good story.
The only negative point was that some part of the plot were predictable, like John Titor identity or who "murdered" Kurisu. However, those points are obsolete compare to all the astronomical quantity of positive points.
No, I just watched the review

I think that a Poison legendary should be the manifestation of a huge epidemic plague, like Black Plague or the Spanish Flu.

Seriously, if anything is super fitting for an Ice/Steel Pokemon, it's a Hockey Pokemon. The Blades of Steel on the frozen field and all that stuff.
Also, an Ice/Steel Hockey Pokemon sounds like it could be the most competitive oriented Pokemon. Make it's abilities Technician(cause you know, Hockey techniques and stuff), Magic Guard/Bounce(to reference goalies bouncing back pucks) and Hustle as it's Hidden Ability(or something else if anybody has any other ability in mind that can reference Hockey). For it's attacks, make them mostly physical, including attacks like Bullet Punch, Ice Shard and Rapid Spin.
Like I said, nothing fits an Ice/Steel type more than a Hockey Pokemon and it can have potential as being one of the most competitive Pokemon ever, which would fit it's Hockey nature even more.

Unfortunately, while this is an awesome concept, an hockey pokemon doesn't really fit in a region based on Hawaii.:ohwell:

To had more idea, Fighting/Ghost could be either some JJBA's stand based pokémon or a "Fiesta de los Muertos" luchador.

Just wanted to post some of my ideas for some token Pokemon for the unused type combinations...

  1. Poison/Steel - Go medical. Something that's got syringes for arms or fingers which are leaking acidic vials.
  2. Poison/Fire - I stand by this being the Fire Snake starter.
  3. Poison/Fairy - Some kind of toxic mushroom fairy, as simple as a pixie with a giant toxic toadstool cap for a hat.
  4. Bug/Ice - For some reason I'm really feeling a spider with icicle legs and a giant snowball for a thorax.
  5. Bug/Dragon - DRAGONFLY
  6. Bug/Dark - Mosquito, an animal we surprisingly don't have a Pokemon for.
  7. Bug/Fairy - Honestly, go into a Queen Ant.
  8. Ghost/Fairy - I think as simple as revisiting the "living doll" kind of archetype as Shuppet and Banette fits this to a T.
  9. Steel/Ice - Mega Vanilleuxe
  10. Fire/Grass - Tiki Creature, as many have said.
  11. Fire/Ice - I stand by this being the Fire Rabbit starter.
  12. Fire/Fairy - An actual star-based Pokemon. In terms of the flaming gas, not the cosmic entity.
  13. Electric/Psychic - An illumination-focused alien creature
  14. Electric/Dark - Mega Luxray
  15. Ice/Fairy - Snowflake Fairy.
  16. Dark/Fairy - Two-stage evolution, the former looking like a fluffy sheep with a more canine looking tail and head which evolves into a werewolf like creature with little more than a vest and leggings of wool; a Wolf in Sheep's Clothing. Edit: Names - Baark -> Hewel

I think that a dung beetle that is rolling a huge snow ball at the place of poop could be another neat idea for a Bug/Ice dual type.

Edit: Here is some concept art I just found to illustrate my idea.

.
I guess part of my idea was just in the similarity of a snowflake's general design to that of a spider's web.

A snowflake spider web is such a great idea! Now I want both to be real. (Even if they don't really fit the hawaiian theme)

I'm sticking by the Weta for our first Bug/Ice type...A real living insect that can survive being frozen solid is just begging to be made into a Pokemon...

when it's not frozen

tis a big bug...

Unfortunately, while this is an awesome concept, an hockey pokemon doesn't really fit in a region based on Hawaii.:ohwell:
We have Pokemon based on the Four Musketeers in a region based in America. Not only that, but the Water Starter in a region in America turns into a samurai.
But regardless, it is why we need a region based on Canada. Complete with having the most Ice-type Pokemon of any region(besides maybe a region in Russia).
