Could this game get even more cringe worthy?
I can see Sonic and Shulk hanging out.Sometimes when I'm not imagining hilarious nerd trolling I imagine him in a bit of a crew.
It's still unconventional, though. Maybe more of a social web than anything else.
Sonic hangs out with Mega Man a bit, and then Pit tags along because he likes Mega Man and starts interacting quite a bit with Sonic (oh Pit says the wrong thing sometimes but Sonic lets it go because he knows Pit gets trashed by everyone else already and piling on would just be tacky), and then Mega Man also hangs out with Shulk a lot but Shulk is a bit less connected to the other two.
And then maybe Alvis just randomly drops in from time to time and everyone gets confused, but Mega Man figures out right away why the heck he's there and acts surprised when no one else realizes it.
Being fair, and I hate to admit it myself, but I can't blame people for being so damn critical. 06 truly was something else in a bad sense, and the franchise had a hard time getting back to having much respect. It took until Colors for a return to glory, yet after Generations, after just two games, the franchise went downhill again, quickly making a game that actually rivaled 06 with its low quality. It's painful, but not unjustified.Because of that anti-Sonic bias.
Everyone was critical of the Blue Blur since Sonic 06 happened, to the point where it's memetic.

Question: "Do you think the bigger audience for pokemon is younger or older?"So here, help me out please:
http://www.strawpoll.me/10541807/r
I'm trying to figure out which audience is bigger in pokemon. The older ones that started or started young( Such as fans from the first game and those who would now be older then the "supposed target audience" that people think of.
Or
Do you think a majority of the fanbase is younger? Such as those that people think must be 10 to 13?
I'm in the belief that the majority of the fanbase is older, but I want some proof. If you play pokemon, think about your age( and if you want reply to the discussion with it and your thoughts on this) in voting.
And then answer this please.

**** I'll fix that.Question: "Do you think the bigger audience for pokemon is younger or older?"
Answers: "Yes" "No"

You must have a lot of times on your hands if you've written two reviews this fast. After reading enough of the first two volumes, I might as well write a review for World War Blue.
This one is rather basic being the introduction of the main characters and building up the world of Consume. Gear's (Sonic) backstory with Nel (Phantasy Star II's Nei)and Tial in the village Marcthree is detailed as I've expected. We learned more of how their old village was destroyed by the Nintendo (Nintendo) Army and how Tial (Tails) wanted to make Gear sure of himself as a future soldier for Segua (Sega). He harshly criticised him for wanting to run when their village got invaded the second time leading up to his famous death. This is where our hero would learn that war is hell, fighting back until he grows to become that destined warrior for the army. For the rest of the volume, it's mostly him joining the ranks as a new Segua solider, earning Opal's (Opa Opa) trust in a duel, and training with the others under Terijov's (Tetris) guidance. The characters are all unique with there own motives and quirks, except for Nel and Ramses aka Columns (who we will know more about in the future). Gear is made to be a relatable shone protagonist and does that job well even though he's not as cliche. No power of friendships or any of that stuff, but working as a good soldier with his team and conquering nations. Terijov is the one guy many can say ruins the among, but I disagree. I actually find like rod analogies pretty true to the Tetris fashion with an adult twist, not to mention being a teacher who's as smooth as Kakashi. He does have his serious moments like giving Gear the harsh truth behind being a Killer that must absorb others for strength (which will be explained further in the next review). Next up is Opal who was written to be non-stereotypical shonen heroine. Her poor sense of humor is actually kind of humerus (intentional since she may be Sans' long lost sister) and I like her quick use of strategy in a fight with her Shooting gimmick. New is kind of a stereotypical little sister who's kind and wants to support her brother's cause. So far, she's kind of stuck with her development other than wanting to fight by Gear's side. But chances are she can develop in the future. It's actually not that bad of a read if you can ignore the minor fanservice (the anime adaption exaggerated this to a full extent).
In this volume, it's all about Segua plotting to take over one of the third party nations that Ninteldo rules. This would be known as Tetraland (based on the developer Taito) where Gear's father was kept. This is actually where things take a more serious turn since this is the long lost General Alex (Alex Kidd), a powerful general that worked for Segua who got imprisoned by Tetraland's best soldiers. This is also where the concept of Absorption is introducer where the killers can get stronger just by absorbing other warriors. The number of marks on a Killer's forehead dictates how many Killers they can absorb, though the stronger warriors like Myomut (Dragon Quest) and Marcus (Mario) would have a larger amount. The team executed a plan where they storm the castle after Vaiz (Bub from Bubble Bobble) is trapped in a puzzle shield by Terijov. This is where things get intense when Opal is the one to fight their strongest Shooter D. Fisher (Darious) while the others find a tortured Alex in his cell. This is where he would have a heartfelt speech his son, who is now grown as a warrior and fallowing his footsteps. The absorption scene that happens later I can admit hit me harder than Tial's death. It's just that he accepts he is no longer the strong warrior he used to be and accepts becoming a part of his son's growing body of a warrior. The team would have their first victory after Voiz (Bub) and D. Fisher's defeat along with the castle being taken over Dynasty Warriors style. I can say that I'm rally looking forward to seeing more of the outré nations and warriors after they all reacted to Segua's first victory It kind of reminds me of how the World Government reactions to each and all of Luffy's crimes. Opal definitely grew as a character after leaning to fight effectively instead of spamming like a noob. Gear is definitely learning the harsh reality of being a Killer, but still aims to be a great asset to his home country. Lastly, the irony of Vaiz wanting to go to Puzzle Academy after reporting to I. Vazar (Space Invaders) is too funny. Definitely an improvement from the last volume while setting up for something bigger.
Also, I would love to compliment how much research they put into the On the Edge of the Blue World omakes. They easily give you actual facts regarding many retro game in the 80's-90's era of gaming. They even introduced me to some obscure titles that I've never heard of (Like Data East's Kamov). It's actually amazing how much research one Russian woman actually made to ensure her video game history is well written for these mini-segments.
Yeah, I got the latters earlier. I had electrical shortages and all that happy stuffs. An hour ago I was walking in the sunshine
Now there is thunder and lightning
Nah. I think it's because nobody could recognize you.Guys...Was it REALLY that big of a deal that I changed my name?
My only real problem with your logic is:Some thoughts on Breath of the Wild's possible timeline placement...
Theory crafting is fun sometimes...Some important clues that suggest a post-OoT placement:
-Temple of Time's ruins
-Ganon's Presence
-Koroks
-Master Sword's decay
-Great Bridge of Hylia
Temple of Time's Ruins
-I think this rules out a sequel to Twilight Princess, as the Temple of Time has long fargone being ruined and has completely been overwhelmed by vegetation within the Sacred Grove...The Sword remains within the pedestal of the Temple of Time while it is absent in Breath of the Wild...Also the Great Bridge of Hylia appears to be in better shape than it is in TP...
Ganon's Presence
-This just reinforces a post-OoT placement as Ganon had not appeared until OoT, in either Timeline Ganon could easily be revived as he always does...
Koroks
-One of the most interesting as it immediately suggests a placement in the Adult Timeline...however the fate of the Kokiri in the other timelines are still unknown...Some theories link the Kokiri to the monkeys in TP and a few Kokiri like characters found in ALttP but none are confirmed...It could be possible that the Koroks may exist in either timeline since it may be a result of any threat to the forest rather than just the flood, I'm not ruling them out completely I'm merely speaking on open possibilities...I am ruling out a prequel to Wind Waker since this was the era without a hero, Hyrule was flooded as a result of no hero to oppose Ganon on his return...This would be Ganon's return but clearly we have a hero that will more than likely oppose Ganon...a sequel to Wind Waker or even further Phantom Hourglass is a possibility as the Koroks may have succeeded in their mission to regrow the lands and recede the oceans that covered Hyrule...
The Master Sword
-As we can see the Master Sword is in a state of decay as it's rusted and has tattered edges...this indicates that this game likely takes place very far in the future...at the very least 100 years after another game (as that is how long Link sleeps in this game)
Some other things about the Master Sword is it's location, it's not in the Temple of Time, nor is it found in a Ganon shaped rock formation atop of Ganon's Tower...But in the trailer we see it in a sort of grove, we know it's not the one from Twilight Princess since that Grove is what remains of the Temple of Time, but it could be the same one that is found in ALttP and later in ALBW...it was not used in Zelda I and II so it's decay is likely if BotW takes place after Zelda II...
----
Some other points we don't have enough information on/may not mean anything:
-Wolf Link
-the Old Man
-Sheikah Technology
Wolf Link
-could very well be a strong suggestion to Twilight Princess although it's possible it may be non-canon since an outside source allows wolf Link to appear in game...this is something to take with a grain of salt because it could be nothing more than just a fun little cameo...
Old Man
-could literally be anybody, many suggest he's King Daphnes Nohansen Hyrule himself, perhaps he could be a decendant of Rauru or Gaepora...or perhaps he's literally...just some old man...he's mysterious no doubt...
Sheikah Tech
-Definitely really interesting...the technology we see with the Sheikah Slate, within the various Shrines and the Towers have a very strong resemblance to that of the Tower of the Gods from Wind Waker...one thing to note...the origin of the Tower of the Gods in unknown whether or not it was built before or after OoT, I'm liable to say before as the Temple of Time as it appears in Twilight Princess has a very strong resemblance to the Tower of the Gods as well...not to mention Link travels back in time to get to the Temple of Time before it is in ruin...The Tower of the Gods/Temple of Time was likely built before OoT which could place it in either timeline...
The Tech also strongly resembles that of the Twili as we see when we enter the Palace of Twilight...however this only strengthens the connections between the sheikah and the twili as it shows they likely had the same origin which occured before the Interloper War...
----
Final thoughts/conclusion:
-With everything in mind...it's a little hard to give an exact placement, at least with the information we have...It's unlikely to have a Child Timeline placement despite the Great Bridge of Hylia only making an appearance in TP...Although it may sneak in between OoT and TP, since both the Temple of Time and the Great Bridge of Hylia appear in much better shape than they do in TP, but there isn't too much more evidence suggesting this...However the placement of the Master Sword is wrong...and I think the events of Hyrule within the Child Timeline state that after OoT there was the Hylian-Gerudo war which then had an era of peace until the Twilight Invasion...and assuming Calamity Ganon is the same as Ganondorf (he may or may not be, Ganon has reincarnated at least once so far as we see in Four Swords Adventures) there's nothing to suggest that he escaped the twilight Realm before the events of Twilight Princess...
-The Adult timeline after the events of Wind Waker seems a logical choice given the presence of the Koroks, however once again the Master Sword is located in the wrong place it seems...as well as my initial thoughts suggesting the Korok 'may' exist in other timelines as a possibility...same is true for the Tower of the Gods, but another thing to consider is the technology we see could simply have originated from the same source (the Sheikah) rather than come from the Tower itself...
-The Downfall Timeline seems the most likely to me simply because of the Master Sword...it wasn't used in Zelda I and II which gives it lots of time to get in rough shape that we see, plus it appears to be located within the same grove that's found in ALttP and ALBW...This Link bears some resemblances to other Links within this timeline and may be on of those heroes resurrected...there's also a lot of references to games in the downfall Timeline; the fake Master Sword, Twin Peaks, Zelda waking up Link through telepathy to start his journey, the grove that the Master Sword is located in...
-Convergent Timeline, now we're getting into weird territory since this is a huge stretch, but with so many inconsistencies within all three possibilities this may not be as farfetch'd as one might suggest...cross dimensional events have occurred many times in the Zelda series as well as the use of time travel and manipulation which could very well mess things up if enough strange stuff happens...It would also allow for the developers to go ham with adding stuff in since there wouldn't really need to be much explanation as to why the 'Koroks exist with Wolf Link running around' other than 'Convergence!'
So in short...
1-End of the Downfall Timeline (After Zelda II)
2-Adult Timeline (after Phantom Hourglass)
3-Convergent Timeline (Every timeline is the right timeline)
4-Child Timeline (Before Twilight Princess)
5-Unified Timeline (after Skyward Sword)
Yep. My friend has the same problem. It was actually the Ray DLC that made him crash, oddly enough.Seems the Wii U version of MN9 has bad load times and is prone to freezing.
Also people have been getting 2 Retro Hero DLC codes instead of the Ray DLC.
Did that Sweet Kiss leave you confused?I got a smooch.![]()

Either she trusts you for her tell you all of this stuff or you are her next victim. My date might have killed a person.
My date said that once she was nearly ***** when at the park by a homeless man. She had a knife on her and stabbed him in the abdomen, threw him off and ran away.
She said she had no idea what happened to the guy. The experience led to her collecting knifes due to them saving her. If she's telling the truth I can't hold it against her. Self defense and all that. Still uh... Wow.
She also stated that she was molested once. Twas in Vegas and it never bothered her that much.
She also attempted to pay for the entire bill and brought candy and a drink as a gift before the movie.
She said she had a bad family life and moved away from home, even forgoing a full scholarship to leave San Diego because she couldn't stand the people who lived there.
All of this on the first date. Still ended up being fun due to talking about fun stuff as well though.
We have similar interests and she overall, nice, clever and funny. It's clear that she's attracted to me so I feel she won't play pointless games either. She gave me a peck on the cheek at the end and I returned the favor on her cheek after which she said she liked. Also played a bit of footsie at Sherri's.
There were some red flags. What do you guys think?
That all said, Finding Dory was incredible. I'm super glad that they did one thing with her parents. I thought they were gonna do the easy thing, but they didn't and it made the film ten times better.
IronyOh wow. SomecallmeJohnny tried playing MN9. Avast stopped him because it identified the game as a threatening virus. What the **** is going on with the game?
