If the Zelda demo does go online, I will download it, but I won't play it (and if I do succumb to temptation I'm not leaking anything).

I would just keep it on my hard drive and not touch it until after the game releases. See what kind of changes they made.

I'm curious. What is currently the biggest game on Wii U in terms of the amount of space it takes?
LEGO City: Undercover I think. It's over 20GB. You can't even store it digitally with out an external hard drive.

It's a huge game, and seriously underrated.

If that's the case, why aren't feminists demanding for Zelda to be male?
Because Zelda was not in any way created to be a generic everyday hero to play as? Zelda was not designed to be generic, or a representation of the player. She was designed purely to be a princess to save. As well as she's specifically a spellcaster. If they want a male Zelda, sure, that's fine too. But Link is the representation of the player. That can easily include one's gender. Zelda is not designed with that in mind.

I think this whole "Link is nothing but a generic avatar" is a fan construct and not something the creator's themselves believe

Xenoblade Chronicles X is about that big.
So the demo of Zelda: BotW is as big as Smash Wii U without DLC. Knowing this, watch the actual game take more than 32GB of storage.

Yo this will be fun
Pokemon Z confimred?
:p

Anyway,

New mario party makes sense as that's what they code named implied. The zelda is amazing, can't get over how good it is! Sun and Moon did great as well!

The new mario line is fantastic! Probably going to get Waluigi, Boo and diddy.

And how is someone able to dump the zelda dump? Shouldn't it be guarded?

That's right, we still need to hear about the new Ace Attorney.

The Wolf Link amiibo functionality in BOW has been confirmed.

Once a day, you can scan him in to have a Wolf buddy join Link.

We Fallout 4 now.

Not sure if the Zelda demo thing is legit anymore.

The show floor hasn't even opened for the audience yet.

BotW is straight up looking like a monster of a game.

They said we taking inspiration from EVERYONE.

I wish they got combat from Dragon's Dogma though and it'll be perfect

So there's an interesting tidbit about yungoose on the site:

Yungoos is not a Pokémon that is native to the Alola region. It was brought to the region to help deal with the explosive population of a certain other Pokémon, and now Yungoos are commonly seen around the Alola region.

So there seems to be a new snake pokemon with him as well?

Thoughts?

It was first heard from Etika, I think. Now apparently he gave up.

Eh, who knows. Well, you can breathe a sigh of relief.

Just wait until the bigger stuff shows up.

My guess is that there will be bosses outside of the main 4 dungeons.

A rat Pokémon probably, not snake.

Mongooses where brought to Hawaii to kill rats.

Hey Nintendo, if you wanted to have full access to my wallet, all you had to do was ask.

Inb4 you actually have to hunt some Pokémon. So, do we have another Seviper-Zangoose duo?

Games theme is endangered animals:

Has you hunt the ones that are overpopulated and kill them to fix the population.
:p

And it seems like it.

Sounds like Yungoos is based on the small Asian mongoose. It was intentionally introduced to Hawaii to stop rats that were eating sugar canes.

what

are you kidding me

dont mess with my emotions
Yes they are going full survival with few stray NPCs.

They just confirmed in an interview that the game will have no towns. They clarified that it's a Hyrule in ruins and they took direct inspiration from the world of the NES LOZ. They did confirm that there will be a handful of stray NPCs throughout the world but no towns or villages in the traditional sense. Also, they claimed that link will not have any kind of partner and will be exploring alone for the entire game.

You know, I'm actually kind of scared and received by the news. With no female hero, we can say that Linkle will have a long wait before she really start having her own adventures in more than just Hyrule Warriors. On the other hand, Aonuma also said that he is alright with the idea of Zelda being playable one day. One will really have to wonder what future Zelda titles can easily top Breath of the Wild.

IM GETTING MY DAISY AMIIBO

*ahem*

Nice stuff here, but I think Mario Party Star Rush is another car board game. RIP Mario Party If the minigames look good, Ill be sure to pick it up. Also, the new Zelda amiibo look amazing as well. Will definitely grab the Bow Link.

Finally caught up on news since I got home from work and here's mah responses:

  • The Legend of Zelda XIX: Breath of the Wild

I'm completely lost for words about this game.
  • The new Pokémon Sun & Moon content
Really cool mons and new stuff. Surprised they didn't cover the CoroCoro & Zygarde stuff though.
  • WAA and WAA amiibo
HOLY ****ING **** YEEEEESSSS!!! You don't know how long and badly I've been dreaming of this. Gonna preorder the HELL out both pieces of perfections.

I'll get around to the Treehouse streams when I can though.
