Here's another Straw Poll I wanted to post today, this time on the original Crash trilogy. I considered doing either the entire series or just all the mainline platformers, but I decided to keep it simple.

Don't know if it was posted, but here is some B-Roll footage of the Crash N.Sane Trilogy.

The bouncing crates take ten bounces instead of the reduced five from Warped.

You had one job, developers.

I kinda noticed the thing about Crash too. I think the problem is that his belly fur blends in too much with the rest of him, and I think the fur in general is a tad too realistic. And in general, the colours in the game look a bit washed out, they should bump up the colour saturation a bit.

Other than that, it looks amazing, as does Crash himself. And regarding making it more like Warped, I think that is what they are doing. All of the footage so far is of Crash 1, but he doesn't seem as slow or heavy as I remember in that game, he seems more like Warped. Also, they are adding the Time Trials from Warped to the first two games, so that's awesome. This will be a huge game with a lot to do.

Also I would die for Spyro remakes.

He looks a lot better in some lighting, but it definitely needs a bit more saturation.

It's looking good so far, but I'm having second thoughts after seeing the bouncing crates...

I'd die for MediEvil remakes, then I could play em like Dan.

While the last 3 are just mostly there for fun, you might want to look into the Capcom Unity Polls, especially the Round 2 ones. While they weren't officially endorsed by Capcom, they were done by a Official Capcom Unity Mod and were even mentioned by Capcom. Especially for the Capcom characters, since Strider, Phoenix, Frank and Vergil were in Round 2, Firebrand and Nemesis were in Round 1 and Megaman X was Number 1 on the Round 2 Poll.

Same here. Spyro was the first video game franchise I became a fan of and followed and bought merch for and all that jazz.

In episode 4 of the Sun and Moon anime.. Pikachu loses to a Grubbin.

Just that phrase makes it seem like Pikahcu lost its power again, but when I watched it, it's very clear it lost because Lillie ****ed up.

It had to dodge Lillie tripping while it was using quick attack, which put it in a bad position that the Grubbin took advantage of.

Lillie even apologizes afterwards.

Either pessimism because "Activision is **** for ruining Crash the first time" or they just expect the game to feel exactly like the originals (especially having better color tone).

I get that. We all have our different tastes and stuff. For me personally Sony's lineup of games are looking really promising while Nintendo's seems like the same old or other things I don't care about. PS4 is going to have FF7R, Tekken 7, Crash Remastered Trilogy, among other things that's already released. With the Switch there's nothing outside the new 3D Mario that makes me want to buy the console.

- Breath of the Wild: Can easily buy BoTW on the Wii U and that's what i'm planning to do if the Switch fails to impress me.
- Smash Bros Switch: Probably won't have any new characters but if it does it'll be filled with characters I either don't care about or don't like.
- Mario Kart Switch: Haven't been wanting to buy Mario Kart in a long time and if I ever feel the need to buy it I could always get the Wii U version
- Splatoon Switch: I really don't like Splatoon.
- Xenoblade Port: Never had a serious interest of buying the game and if I did like Mario Kart I could easily buy the game on the Wii U.
- Pokemon Stars: This could be a pull factor for me but won't be a driving factor to buy just for the game and I could still buy the game on the 3DS.
- Pikimin & Animal Crossing: Don't care about either series.
- Fire Emblem: Not confirmed yes but if a new FE game comes out before AW even has the chance to be revived (when a new AW game could easily make a huge comeback given it's local multiplayer capabilities and the Switch's emphasis on that) i'm going to be extremely pissed off and that will be the deciding factor of me not buying the Switch.

Really nothing outside 3D Mario and PKMN Stars that makes me want the Switch. The games that I do want are games which series have been dead for a long time and have been constantly neglected by Nintendo which furthers my frustration with Nintendo. I think you guys have a pretty good idea what they are so i'm not going to bother but yeah basically i'm not really feeling Nintendo right now and Sony's lineup and games that are already released are making me want to ditch Nintendo until they have something I really want.

I can echo the same sentiment as you in regards to the ports. I'm not too keen to the idea of having lots of them coming out for the system even though that's what happened with the PS4 and Xbox One during their launches... somewhat. Of course, this may just be the result of wanting to have the big Nintendo titles launched during the system's first year of availability, even if they are the same stuff we've seen a year or two ago. I know I'll end up getting Mario Kart, Splatoon, Smash Bros., and Breath of the Wild, but like I mentioned, I have mixed thoughts about this at the same time.

I for one would prefer a brand new Smash Bros. game instead of the rumored port, for example, but then one'd have to wait 5+ years for it to launch. I'm well aware I don't even know what the port is about, or whether it has redeeming features or not. The only positive thing about the port is that it would be available for the system by the end of 2017, if true, anyway. I'd want to see more original titles get announced, like the new 3D Mario game that's in development, but then again there's next year for future reveals.

In the end, I'll end up waiting to see what happens.
