But the reason I'm bringing them up is for a new topic: design your own Totem battle
What moves they have, what Pokemon they call, items they hold, special battle conditions(i.e.:the permanent Rain in Totem Wishiwashi's battle)

Yup, Corkscrew Crash is a Giga Drill Breaker if the Japanese name includes "Spiral."

OC Smash Bros fics are actually shockingly rare. I keep leaving the tab open for Fanfiction.net and from the beginning of the section all the way to 2009 you might be able to count the number I've found on one hand.

Most of the ones that I've found in the past were when I looked by wordcount. For some reason a lot of the few OC writers that were brave enough to put anything up wrote super long and above average works.

Out of the two or three that didn't come up via wordcount that I've actually clicked on sifting through so far I'm starting to see where little stereotypes come from for OC fanfiction. It's not as bad as the writing issues some non OC fics have but there's little things that I remember being warned against when looking up advice that pop up.

no, the delay is still 6.5 frames

the window in which you can perform inputs is three frames, up from the one frame window in SF4

it's why links are far more lenient than before and plinking isn't nearly as needed to be successful
