And we have yet another remaster/port coming to the Switch under the name of LEGO City Undercover.

This is the most expected, accurate reaction as of now.

Personally, I'm completely okay with a bunch of ports going to the Switch. It means a lot of Wii U games will be portable.

As long as we get a lot of completely new games as well, I don't see any problem with it. The more the merrier.

I was playing around with Z-Status when I came accross the fact Wailord gets Splash. So I looked into what its got and I made a moveset based on my findings. It changes nothing regarding Wailord's potential but its a fun build nonetheless.

Zplash Sweeper
Wailord@Normalium-Z
Nature: Adamant/Brave
Ability: Water Veil
EVs: TBD
Moveset: Waterfall, Heavy Slam, Earthquake/Zen Headbutt, Splash

So, there's a few perks here. With Water Veil, Wailord cannot be burned, meaning Wailord's Attack won't be disrupted. Its nature depends on whether you use Trick Room or not. The EVs are to be determined, but honestly, I'd go for 252 HP/Attack. After Splash, Wailord gets 3+ to Attack and it can deal massive damage with Waterfall. Its an insanely heavy Pokémon, so Heavy Slam is a great option for versing Fairies. Last Attack for additional coverage.

Again, just a moveset I made for funsies. Nothing more. Figured I'd share.
Whu? Splash does something now?

So my mom found for me this thing that is essentially a Namco version of an Atari, with Pac-Man, Dig Dug, Rally-X, Galaxian, and Bosconian on it. I'm actually pretty good at Bosconian, and it's a fun game. Dig Dug is proving to be as hard as it is old.

Also thanks to youtube I discovered that Rohan x Reimi is a thing, which I honestly should have been aware of before now.

I wonder how many of them will be updated ports, though.

Mario Kart is updated, Splatoon seems like it will practically be a new game with all the things they're doing to it, Smash has shown hints of being updated. XCX has no indications of updates so far, but it DID have a sequel hook, so hypothetically speaking they could insert the other half of whatever story they wanted to tell into the first game's map and assets if they really felt like it.

I'm a bit worried about how many original games it'll have, too, but with Animal Crossing being suspicious as all heck and not leaking a smidge I'm guessing there's some original surprises for everyone, too.

Same.

Have a good mix of new games and ports for the Switch to have a nice start. That way you won't alienate the audience or rub more salt in the wounds of passing Wii U costumers.

Not one of you are gonna mention A Pup Named Scooby-Doo? For shame. That's the first spin-off to pop into my head.

That's great! I'm glad they were able to it going. They've been fairly hush-hush about the game it seems.

Oh yeah, I used to watch that a lot. I think I remember Velma being adorable, design wise, at least.

Granted, she wasn't my favorite character, Shaggy and Scooby were always my favorite when I was younger.

Just fully customized my boy protagonist in Sun/Moon. People may talk some **** about the lack of male cosmetics (myself included), but I think I got my guy down.

Eye Color: Violet

Clothes:
Skull Tank
Plain Cargo Shorts (Black)
Crew Socks (White)
Sporty Sneakers (Black)
Sporty Backpack (Black)
Street Cap (Sea Cucumber)

Hair Style: Long and Tousled (Wine Red)

Might change my bag later. Otherwise I'm content with what I got now.

I see Sun/Moon adopted modern game design

"Two steps -> cutscene -> two steps -> cutscene -> rinse/repeat"

It's gonna be a bit rough. It's got a lot of weeak sidequests that are meant to be your big thing for leveling.
The translation isn't even complete.
Characters are fairly cliche.
But it's totally worth $24. I'd price it around $30 for a digifan.
Maybe I'll just wait for -next 0rder- then, I forgot FFXV is next week lol.

Yellow eye colour is the correct choice.

LOL at people saying that Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE should have been an honorable mention on WatchMojo's Top Ten Wii U Games.

Maybe it's because of the fact that they teased the game in the intro only for it to have no role at all (not even an honorable mention). They are the kings of clickbait after all.

You can change your eye color to violet? Do you have to unlock it?

I ended up being so addicted to finding that one Zygarde cell that I forgot what else I was going to do post game. I guess I should raise more pokemon, especially since the battle tree.(Even though I already have the very powerful Ultra Beasts, they aren't really that versatile, the only one being useful in an actual competetive setting, in sun anyway, being Buzzwole.)

That excludes
Necrozma, as it's not an ultra beast like everyone thought it would be. I mean, it's most likely from that same dimension, but it's definitely more so related to the two main title legendaries and not the other UBs.

Which is also why you can't use it in the battle tree.

So I think I'll do a bit of an update on Sun as well a little thing for my team since it's now solidified for this playthrough...

Sun Team.jpg

Getting bodied by Rock, Ground and Water types isn't fun especially considering two Kahunas in this region have these typings...

For those who want to do one for your team go here...
For those wondering how I added nicknames....my answer is very carefully (aka photoshop)

At this point I'm just about ready to head to the "Final Trial" otherwise known as Sun/Moon's Pokemon League...for now I'm doing some exploring throughout the region perhaps collecting any missed Zygarde Cells/Cores (just over 50% of the cells and I think I found 4 cores?), and catching more pokemon for my pokedex...last big catch was Turtonator...

Some random things...

-Battle with Kahuna Hanu was a pain because I had nothing that could deal heavy enough damage to Gastrodon (see above weaknesses), plus it knows Recover...I ended up winning the battle by PP Stalling simply because I couldn't deal enough damamge to kill it and I was able to tough it out with Ictus since it resists both of it's STAB's...This is what happens when you go into a battle when you don't know how to properly prepare for while being under leveled...smh....Pleasantly Surprised she had a Flygon though...

-Lillie has some serious character development going on...Traveling through the Vast Poni Canyon (which is the Victory Road of this game) with nothing but Repels....Even though she insisted on travelling separately through the Canyon she feels like a proper travelling companion through this whole part of the game in a way, and not in an annoying way like the rivals of X and Y...She even heals your team at certain points so she kinda takes up the role of the cave doctors...though she'll only heal them once at a time...but it's still useful...
But I have a question....Where the heck does she buy Ethers? And why won't she tell me?
Either way Lillie is definitely one of my favourite characters in this game...In fact I like a lot of the characters in this games...
I liked Hau as your rival even though he's the once again the friendly rival but he's appealing in a way that doesn't come across as being very annoying, he kinda reminds me of Barry in a way actually...except better (not that I really disliked Barry keep in mind)
Edgelord Gladion is pretty cool as well...It cracked me up whenever there's a serious conversation and he does his edgy pose and everyone else acts like it's natural for people to talk like this...

-That final battle with Lusamine was just plain ****ed...and her Team of Pokemon looked evil as ****...probably the most disturbing part was that her Bewear had no change in expression which made it even more unsettling...
Lusamine in general was pretty damn psychotic...though I guess it was due to the Nihilego's influence...

-The music in this game is AMAZING!!!

So I beat Sonic's level in LEGO Dimensions.

I'm gonna give it a second playthrough before I post my full thoughts. But for now, I just wanted to share my absolute favorite moment from the whole level pack. If the time stamp doesn't work, it starts at 3:49. Obviously don't watch it if you don't have the game yet and want to be surprised.

OMG I wonder if it'd be faster to breed Turtonator to try and get the right nature

This is taking longer than it took me to get an adamant

They do that with alllll of their videos. I dont think that makes it clickbait though.

Just keeps you guessing to the end.

My dudes hair is that pink brown and the hair and yellow eyes go well with his skin
Don't have the game yet, but I have an idea how I'd make the trainer. Mostly red and black clothing, but give him green eyes in order to stand out with the clothing. I normally just pick a darker skin tone and buy random crap as I please though.

Except for in Def Jam Fight for NY. I HAD to make a Black Karate Man. Soul Calibur is reserved for making superheroes or other video game characters.

Nintendo Switch™ - Nintendo's new port gaming system.

In all seriousness, I kind of feel the same way, but I know I'll end up getting Mario Kart, Splatoon, and Smash Bros. anyway. I hope more original titles get announced next year.

A sound of thundering footsteps can be heard outside.

"Who is that?" Asks someone sitting in one of the chairs of the application room.

Suddenly the air smells strongly of swamp, and Smash Mouth can be heard in the distance.

"Oh no." Said Knuckles as he dropped the pencil he was using to write his application.

Suddenly the wall behind him burst open with a "SOME-BODY ONCE TOLD ME" and Knuckles flew across the room.

"WHAT ARE YOU ALL DOING IN MY SWAMP?!" Roared Shrek as he appeared from the other side of an ogre shaped hole in the wall. He walked up to the counter where applications are obtained. A Sandbag in a tie sweated nervously as Shrek stood in front of him.

"Playtime is ogre." Shrek said, and the Sandbag handed him an application.

Shrek pulled up a chair and sat down to sign his application as everyone else in the room stared and edged away from him.

"Well you know what they say. Shrek is love, Shrek is life." Said a booming voice outside.
I adore this.

Yep, Turtonator is definitely faster being breed rather than trying to run into one in the wild
