Without spoiling any major story moments or major battles, when does the player get Mega Stones in Sun and Moon? I'm asking cause that will influence one of the Pokemon I get for my team whether or not Mega Stones are Post-game or not.

I have to say the Totem Pokémon battles are pretty cleverly designed.
-Wishiwashi summons an Alomomola, which has Helping Hand and Heal Pulse, and well as Healer for a passive ability.
-Salazzle summons Salandit for a nasty dual Toxic/Venoshock combo.
-Lurantis summons a Castform, which sets up Sunny Day for what I assume is a Leaf Guard set.

I've honestly had more trouble with these Totem battles then I've had with the majority of trainers in the game right now.
Wishiwashi summoned a wishiwashi for me.

Post game.

I think they're post game.

80 year old woman wanting to send $700 to Jamaica for her "Twin Brother" for his "School"

...

I think 80 is too old for school. Just a little.

The only thing I really dislike about alola is like 90% of the new pokemon are water type and thus unusable to me.

There are literally 6 only evolutionary lines outside of Popplio's and Tapu Fini(who you won't find in the wild)

To be fair, altogether it's thirteen out of eighty one new Pokemon. That's more than one eighth of the new Pokemon, when there are eighteen types altogether. It's definitely noticeably high.

That being said it makes perfect sense for a Hawaiian region. :p

Yeah, I was gonna say.

Didn't remember there being that many water lines.

Although I didn't even remember that there were as many as six, but then I haven't been poking around catching stuff too much so I forgot.

The sad thing is that when I tried brainstorming/looking up animals for fakemon purposes, most of the cool original ideas left that I've seen that they could use for new Pokemon are either Water, Bug, or Flying type oriented, and the former two have stereotypes for overrunning regions when, well, they're the most common types in real life, too! There's a reason why some Pokemon that look like they could be Water-type have ended up not being Water type over the past couple of gens. There's just so many good aquatic animals and so few good anything else that hasn't already been done.

That's simply because Water has always been the most abundant Pokemon typing(followed by Normal)

My only real complaint about the typing distribution is how there's literally one new Ice Pokemon and one new Dark Pokemon which you have a 2/3 of not even being able to use it

Time for another Sun update

Current team:

Azura: Level 22

Toucan Sam: Level 20

Puka: Level 20

Selkie: Level 18

First thing I did this morning was complete Ilima's Trial, and it went pretty well. I simply used Azura to sweep all the Yangoose and that one Team Skull grunt (seriously, Team Skull never gets old. Their dialogue is A+), and during that part of the trial, it evolved into Brionne.

Totes Gumshoos wasn't too challenging either, but I guess that was because I walked in pretty over leveled. My Azura was Level 17 at that point. Yeah, I think I freaked out after that very narrow battle with Ilima, hence why I did some extra preparations.

Route 3 was pretty cool. I liked the Unova throwback where you could run into Flying-type Pokemon thanks to their shadows. I also had to fetch Cosmog at the Melemele Meadow, a really scenic location. I even got a good photo of a Cutiefly with an Oricorio on my Pokefinder.

Hau surprisingly challenged me to a battle upon leaving the Meadow, and the dude already evolved his Pichu into Pikachu at Level 13, while my Puka was still a Pichu at Level 18. I ended up using Puka against his Pikachu just to give Puka some experience and increase its happiness.

Kahuna Hala was pretty easy, but then again, my team was pretty over leveled. Toucan Sam OHKO'd his Mankey and Makuhita, and when Crabrawler used its Z-move, Toucan Sam held on with 11 HP and whittled Crabrawler's HP done a bit. I followed up with a Super Potion so that Toucan Sam wouldn't die the following turn, and it all worked out.

Looks like the Taurus Ride isn't only the HM Strength of this game, but it also serves as the Bike's replacement because it also lets you run faster than normal. I used Taurus to reach Ten Carat Hill and I got myself a Rockruff. I was going to catch a Male one at first, but Popplio OHKO'd it to my surprise with Disarming Voice, so I had to do some searching to find a new Rockruff. I eventually got a female, and I decided to name it Selkie because Midday Rockruff reminds me of the Nine-tales class in Fire Emblem Fates.

And during the Ten Carat Hill experience, Puka finally evolved into a Pikachu at Level 20. I'm so glad it got Max Happiness before reaching Level 21!

Following that, I decided to spend most of my battles leveling her up. I also challenged Ilima again before heading for Akala Island. This battle went better than last time, even when using Rockruff. I eventually used Toucan Sam to land a OHKO on it using Rock Smash.

Onto Akala Island, the battle with Dexio was a challenge. His Espeon kept spamming Confusion over and over. Then again, I decided to opt out using Azura in this battle, so maybe that's why I thought that.

Now I'm at the end of Route 4. I smell another battle with Hau incoming.

Um...since when did Taurus evolve?

I caught a Taurus and it has 2 slots in the pokedex, like it's got an evolution

For some reason my eyes are crying but I feel emotionally numb. Like I'm supposed to be sad but my brain isn't registering it.

I think you did.

I might use Crabominable as well, as a filler until I get Kommo-o.
I see.
I was considering having Bewear on my team until I get Kommo-O, but I'm ended up switching the latter with Crabominable because Ice/Fighting is an amazing offensive typing.
Sucks that I won't be able to evolve it until Mt. Lanakila, though.

I got the thing.
I've wanted a LEGO Sonic since I was a kid. To see it be a reality is still surprising to me.

Oh my ****. Lurantis ate every hit from moves that were super effective against it and killed them. I have 4 pokemon that are SE against Lurantis. It died from poison after killing the 4th so the only pokemon that gained any EXP were the 2 that needed it the least.

There was a problem fetching the tweet
I think Callum just leaked the third legendary. Right under our noses the entire time

****ing verlis, he HAS to be a made up persona
That explains why Oricorio just wouldn't stay in a goddamn Ultra Ball when he was on red health
