Do vc releases normally warrant their own websites? I feel like they would direct people to the more well-known Nintendo Land site. Rosalina sent people to the 3d world site, and there is absolutely no information about her there.

Not sure if anyone asked this yet, but which Takamaru design do you prefer/ think Sakurai will use?

Classic Takamaru?

Samurai Warriors 3?

Or do you think Sakurai will create a new design like he did with Pit in Brawl?

I personally like the anime-style classic Takamaru, but if Sakurai wanted to revamp his design, I would have no problems with that.

Definitely a modernized classic design. Basically just take the old design and bring it into the modern world with any additional details that are needed.

Takamaru doesn't really need a new design, the artstyle already fits the hardcore mood of Nazo no Muramasejou.

Bishonen Takamaru looks great. Marth shouldn't be the only bishonen in the game. :D

The remix is awesoooome. Sounds like something from a 1970 anime theme. Edit: I love how they even added the Castle Theme as well, awesome stuff.

If Takamaru gets into Smash 4 I demand a reveal vid with another new version if this theme. I would go as crazy as the Mega Man fans did when they started playing the Dr Wily theme from Mega Man 2 in the reveal trailer.

Yeah, it's pretty fast-paced.

I'm downloading the game as I'm typing right now. I'm super excited to try it out as I've never tried it before! The price wasn't bad either, I'm more than happy to spend a few euros in supporting the game and Takamaru.

Nope. It hasn't been localized or changed in any way.

But the game doesn't really have much text in the first place. The only thing that might've needed translation is the selection screen, in which you can choose between registering a save file or playing without saving.

Well it didn't come to the US today. On the bright side at least there's still the chance we'll get it next week or potentially shortly after a character reveal the week after.

I now feel way too confident of Takamaru's inclusion in Smash 4. It just feels too logical and right.

I've now managed to build myself up for being dissapointed if a character who hasn't starred in a game since 1986 isn't included in Smash 4. gg me

Star Tropics is an underrated classic after all and it only had a Western release. That makes him the polar opposite of Takamaru, who had an Japan-only release at the time and have a small cult following among certain Nintendo fans.
