No, this is just to get Nintendo to testify, disclosing whatever info Microsoft anticipates will be beneficial for them acquiring A-B, presumably insofar as it supports the narrative that the purchase wouldn't harm competitors.
Which I guess makes sense, since losing A-B support wouldn't harm Nintendo very much, even if MS hadn't pledged to keep some A-B titles multiplat, and bring CoD to Nintendo's platform.
