Just saving you from an infraction.Wow... Lol wrong gif, my bad -_-
Yeah, thanks for that Lol...Just saving you from an infraction.
Anyways, let throw out another silly question. In your mind [I speak to everyone], what one third party character apart from, Sonic and Snake, should be in based solely on the criteria that they are closest to or the most "Nintendo-like" series.
That's a stupid question.Just saving you from an infraction.

I'm not saying ANYTHING about the validity of the criteria. It is a hypothetical question so I can pick the brains of everyone here.@ Star
Not really. I mean, having history with Nintendo is important (see: Sonic and SEGA's rivalry with Mario and Nintendo), but it isn't the only thing. Being important to the history of gaming is also important. That's part of how Snake got in. The Metal Gear franchise is pretty important to gaming, and is the best-selling stealth-based series in the world.
Look at Pac-Man. He doesn't have much history with Nintendo, but he is a hugely important video game character and his debut title changed the way the world perceives video games. Also according to some studies, Pac-Man is the most recognizable character in all of gaming.
On the flip side, Bomberman is a pretty important character to the history of Nintendo, yet he didn't change gaming much, and he isn't well known. Yet, he always seems to be a popular candidate.
Then there is the best of both worlds: Mega Man. He is (I would argue) the most important Nintendo 3rd party character ever. He was a hugely important character into growing the success of the NES and Famicom. Mega Man is also the definition of a icon of gaming. He's also the most popular and requested 3rd party character for smash by FAR.
All 3 of these characters, oddly enough, have had crossovers with Nintendo characters in one media or another.
He's not.Anyways, answer to my question? Is Dillon 3rd party or not?
LOL, if you thought that was serious.Oasis and Iblis having beef now though? I wanna watch this. (:
That shi crayWow... just cleared chapter 18 in Uprising.... I have to say I definitely see Magnus as a potential newcomer now. I already have some idea of what his moves might be like.
Come on now John, there we be camping any type of fighting game and you can't get rid of it. The point isn't to advocate it but you can't eliminate it.You better be hoping the mods aren't watching, asage. They could give you an infraction for "inappropriate words" on that gif.
Also, I just want annoying Pit players to die (they are like Peach Melee players before Melee came out, but a thousand times worse) and Meta Knight and his stall tactics to DIE!!!
Megaman well because he has mad titles on Ninty stuff. Side scrolling to compete with Mario.Just saving you from an infraction.

Ball so hard, mother****ers wanna find meA true poster doesn't fear banishment, Asage...
Who told YOU I was, exactly?A true poster doesn't fear banishment, Asage...
I know. I'm just giving you my viewpoint.I'm not saying ANYTHING about the validity of the criteria. It is a hypothetical question so I can pick the brains of everyone here.
You did.Who told YOU I was, exactly?
Fair points, but I think that a Animal Crosser vs. Toad debate isn't fair to you because you have nothing to use with the Animal Crossers to fight me back. However, if it's a Mii vs. Toad debate, I hold nothing against you. Also, Ike and Marth share the same down B.Toad hasn't really either...unless you count chucking vegetables at people in SMB2, but Peach already does that. DOUBLE STANDARDS. Actually, looking back at it, Toad has really yet to do anything unique compared to other characters, save for some mushroom powers in the spin-offs.
According to the dictionary, "retro" refers to something that is around 20-25 years old or older. Wart is over 25 years old. Wart is a viable option for Sakurai. You can't deny that.According to you. The only way Wart would be considered a "Retro" character is if Sakurai labeled him as a Doki Doki Panic character rather than a Mario one. And really, there are only three that we know he would choose from: Muddy Mole, Mach Rider, and Takamaru, because he has shown interest in all three and hasn't given a reason for why they can't work like he did with Balloon Fighter, Urban Champion, Bubbles, and Excitebiker.
And if no one is "competing" why were you acting as though Waluigi has too much "competition"?
Silver probably no longer exists in the eyes of SEGA. His debut game is eliminated from their archives. They ought to burn that game like Shaq Fu!I do admit he has a chance, but it's very miniscule. Silver the Hedgehog has a bigger chance, to put it bluntly.
I had this "gut feeling" with Meta Knight. Meta Knight didn't have that much going for him before Brawl's reveal (the Kirby series was in the dumps, heck, Nintendo was in the dumps, his series creator had left and his series' quality had gone down), yet he was playable. I feel the same way about Paper Mario, although his series is going up, not down like Meta Knight's franchise was before Brawl's reveal.Hate to be rude, but, cool story bro. Gut feelings vs. actual evidence and logic don't end up in the gut's favor.
(By which I mean why I see Dr. Mario returning before Paper Mario makes it.)
While I won't say Birdo is as likely as Waluigi, she is "competition" and a "choice" that while it would be surprising, isn't totally out of the question. Then why list Birdo as if she was competition? Don't say you didn't, because you did.
Of course. I'm just saying the top 3 or so most desired (Nintendo-owned) characters from the previous smash bros game that didn't make it tend to be playable in the next smash. It goes more than just fan support, as I had shown.
I don't see a single snappy response to Waluigi anywhere. In my response. Why, do you want one=???All this is getting nowhere. And the fact you keep trying to bring these arguments up with constant snide remarks about Waluigi out of nowhere (while at the same time bringing me up as well, as if you were egging me on) isn't helping.
They're practically the same game, just one has more talking and Greek elements. Also, Star, I held a $20 copy of S&P2 in my hands today, but I had to put it back. I also saw Uprising. What a tease.
Yes, but I hate the way Pit plays in Smash. He is the one character I wish would be completely redone. I would rather Pit be made into anything but a campy piece of garbage than any character be de-cloned. I'm dead serious.Come on now John, there we be camping any type of fighting game and you can't get rid of it. The point isn't to advocate it but you can't eliminate it.
I was thinking that. From what little I had seen of S&P2, Uprising gave me the same VIBE. Can't wait for PIT VS SAKI.They're practically the same game, just one has more talking and Greek elements.
Saki confirmed.
Well Damn they are really similar...They're practically the same game, just one has more talking and Greek elements.
Saki confirmed.
