Ok, this will sound dumb but I don't know how to do this exactly... I saved my roster but what do I do from there?

When your roster is saved (after clicking on "Save Roster"), you can click on "Load Custom Roster" at anytime for your roster to come up. Try clearing the roster, than loading your roster. I also added some instructions in the first post of the thread.

As for my preferences, it goes like that for me: Brawl > Melee > 64

Dr. Eggman would definitely be awesome to play as, but his chances of getting in Smash4 are really thin, unless Sakurai plans on adding another Sonic character, but even then, Tails, Knuckle or maybe even Shadow would get in before him. Personally, I would prefer Dr. Eggman to them, as I think he would be more unique.

It goes Brawl = Melee > 64 for me. I love Melee and Brawl equally for their own reasons, but 64 doesn't do as much for me.

And what is this about Brawl being a bad game? While I can understand why you might like it least out of the series, it's still nowhere near being an actually bad game.

Watching people play competitive Melee and Smash 64 is exciting, particularly live at a tournament. It's mad hype and you get to see incredibly skilled players clash. It's like watching two trains crash into each other, except no one is dying!

I've seen some of the best Brawl players play, and it doesn't do it for me, crowd hype aside.

As for competitive Melee, I've seen the best play, and it's awesome. The last tournament I went to I was trash talking during the grand finals (I wasn't playing in it) by actually talking about trash!

Also, you can look up tournaments in your area in the tournament listing forum by region. If you live in America in just about any state that people live in (ie: not Wyoming! XD), there's guaranteed to be a tournament within 100 miles in the next month. There's multiple tournaments a month in the Northeast, actually.

You should, its really easy.

once you have downloaded it you just scroll through the list of characters and choose all the characters you want. its set up pretty well and easy to do.

There is a roster making tool that Jakor made. But if that tool doesn't have anyone that you want, you'll have to go the more advanced route with an image editor. The following roster image is one that I composed with The GIMP...

Myself, and many others, don't care for tournaments and the scene in general. It tried to drain the fun from the game and add only cold efficiency.

If your roster is saved, you can load it later on. To upload your image, you must save the image in a directory and upload it on the forum with something like imageshack.us.

Brawl is a good game, but it's just not very fun to watch competitively. It also gets boring to play for long periods of time competitively, quite frankly. I think the only people it is "really fun" competitively for is the people who really like to play it competitively.

Or people that haven't played the other Smashes or fighting games with proper fighting game fundamentals.

Brawl and MvC3 have one thing in common: They're both boring to watch. The difference between the two is that Marvel is filled with action that you really can't care about. Brawl has no action in comparison and you still want to care, but it's not possible.
