I have killer instinct 2 on my SNES but i played it when i was like...10?or younger!Even though i always raged because i didn't know how to play,i loved this game and i remember it,but i can't play it because one of my brother's friend and us shared some games,but later,she needed my controller,so now i can't play it,i'll get the game and the controller back when we'll meet her again,because of facebook she got rejected from school the FIRST DAY,and i moved in a new house before it,so we'll have to see her for it!

Pit is A tier on this list LOL.

That probably has to do with Japanese Brawl being played only on BF, FD, and Smashville while also playing a more aggressive game than American players.

They're not more aggressive they have a better handle of concepts and exploit more things than in the American Metagame.

So it seems that I've finally worked up the nerve to post in here. Hi, I've been following the thread for a while now, and I've been intrigued by the discussion that's been going on lately. (In all honesty, though, today has been pretty weird.)

Anyway, my account on this site is extremely underused (so underused that it hasn't even gotten an avatar in the years that it's existed), so I'm hoping to possibly change that. I'm not quite sure if my posts will be noticed in here amongst the regulars, but I'll try to contribute to the conversation.

Anyway, now on to the SSB-related stuff. My top picks for SSB4 are Ghirahim, Bandanna Waddle Dee, Mewtwo, Roy, Bowser Jr., Ridley, K. Rool, and Megaman. I'm not too educated about stages, so I don't really have any picks for them. Anyway, there you go. I'll (hopefully) be hanging around here for a while. Now, to find that avatar...

Yeah, I'm well aware of what day it is. The Internet, especially this site, has made sure of it.

It does seem pretty interesting in here, so perhaps "a while" was an understatement.

That's Killer Instinct 1.

Killer Instinct 2 was re-released on the n64 as Killer Instinct Gold.

BTW, the Gameboy version is also Killer Instinct 1.

Also, Glacius is neat. Only choice out of those five I'd take.

I would say Toad except that Sakurai dismissed him as unplayable a long time back. However, I think he has a very good chance due to New Super Mario Bros. Wii.

The more I hear about K. Rool, the more I want him in Sm4sh. But do you really think he is one of the most likely? He hasn't appeared in a new game in a while. Thats why I say that, but he probably would be one of the top DK choices.

Now, in all seriousness, I'm thinking K. Rool and/or Ridley. They're both characters that are a long time coming and seem to be heavily requested everywhere. They'd also be pretty unique additions. They could offer a lot to the game.

And about K. Rool not having been in a game lately, so what? Sheik hasn't shown up since Ocarina of Time, and she was still in Brawl.

About the "K. Rool hasn't appeared in a while." thing, why don't I ever hear for Dixie. She actually went on hiatus BEFORE K. Rool because she wasn't in DK64.

50/50: Characters I wouldn't be suprised got in, but betting on them would be iffy
Isaac, Toad, Medusa, Roy, Takamaru, Megaman, Layton, SE character

I might have missed a character or two, but overall, anyone not on this list would be less, and less likely. Like Junior, or Tingle, for example.

Well, it's not like Sheik was really that big or impacting of a character. So I wouldn't see her in Brawl anyway. They only put her in Melee cause OOT was so popular and revalutionary.

King K. Rool would be really fun to play as. As for Sheik, I wouldn't mind if they kept her, but Impa would be a great replacement if they don't decide to keep her. Having both of them would be even better.

I really think basing most of the game's mechanics off of Melee would be good. Although I adore all three games to death, I think Melee's setup would appeal the most to everyone. You see, I'm a 4fun player, have been since second grade. Never once have I paid attention to any differences between Melee and Brawl. Melee's setup probably works best because of that. People who just play for fun get a great game that's easy enough to grasp, and competitive players get the great game that's rewarding when it's mastered.
