While you are right about its application against Peach and Sheik, I do not feel that its usability can extend beyond MU's against female characters, because in the video, he was CLEARLY using it against a female opponent.

Therefore, Sheik is a bit iffy, but it can definitely change the way Falco players take on the female cast.
