I try to make everyone top tier. Overpowering everyone (within reason) is a good way to balance the game.

They're mostly ideas that have to be play tested (of course). Many time I want to emphasis that little changes could have gone a long way.

Sounds nice i think the meta chars should have there time to shine (no pun) but they desserve it for example Mario, Link, Pikachu, Samus and what not.lol ken mains mario isai main link wtf? lol

If Pikachu could actually evolve into Raichu with a Down-B or someting, that would be pretty cool. The more evolving there is, the more characters!

it wont work.......Down B will always be Thunder and honeslty...where the hell will Pikachu get a tThunder Stone from???

Humm, I think that they changed his move-set some. I mean, Link and Mario's move-set have been missed with soo I assume Pika will have a change (I think B> is going to be replaced).

One move at least will change and yeah thunder will deffinitly stay. it's like the buttery garlic at little ceassers a most have.
