New little combo?

I was messing around with marth in training and i figured out a new combo.
If ur the close to your opponent and u use D-tilt into D-smash, the D-smash is tipped.

It works from 5to15 % im not sure on what character but it works on alot of the light characters like Jiggs.

so is this a combo?

I doubt it works with DI. Dsmash seems too slow to me to be able to combo out of anything if your opponent is actually DI'ing away. That's why training mode is not good for testing.

it seems like it would combo, actually
since you can often connect two dtilts at low percent and close range,
dsmash should work since its 1 frame faster IIRC

If it works then why is dtilt to jab/dtilt better? Even at 5% the dsmash shouldn't be punishable right? And it'd rack up more damage?

And solid, dsmash comes out in like 6 frames.

you don't follow up d smash

follow up potential determined by knockback vs lag
