Nerdacon is a sci-fi/anime/video game/popular arts convention held at Columbus State University in Columbus, GA. Last year the smash tournament had a huge turn out and we hope to have a bigger one this year.

Admission: Free

Smash Tournament Details:
Singles
Date: Friday, November 9th
Time: 7:15pm - when it finishes.
Rules: Standard.
Entry fee: $5
Prize: Trophy with Pot split of 70/20/10, and ??


Doubles: Saturday, November 10th
Time: 3:00pm - 5:00pm(hopefully)
Rules: Team attack on, standard
Entry Fee: $6 a team
Prize: Split 70/20/10 and ??

We will also have the following tournaments:

Naruto GNT4
Halo 3
Capcom Vs. SNK 2
Pokemon Diamond/Pearl

Alpha would know, but, I think it was in the 40-60 ballpark area. I imagine it should be bigger this year.

I won't be at this for Saturday sorry. There is a massive Halo 3 tournament this Saturday (cap is 256 people) at the old Parisian building at Peachtree Mall. 1st prize is excellent, and I'm gonna take my chances at trying to win the bigger of the two tournies. I will be here for Friday though.
