[NEED TESTERS!] Brawl+ Nightly 5.0 Installer and Updater v4.0alpha

This is made to replace the old version (v1) that only updated the GCT. Since Brawl+ now uses Project SA files, I've overhauled the old updater to include both updating GCT and PAC files. v3 is now both an installer and an autoupdater. An internet connection is required to update.

****ing MK I keep getting Failure (1) every time I try to get his .pac. Great stuff though, never thought PSA would change B+ this much. Here's hoping for the better.

Edit 1: Due to the autoupdater not being able to find MK files I get a Code Dump when I start up B+ in Gecko 1.9.2. Holy crap it's literally Meta Knight's Revenge!

I was thinking about this, but I also thought that most computers have programs that open ZIP files so I left it out...

Also, unzipping in PHP is hard and I don't have the modules for that

Well, still, allowing to install from an offline source in a simple fashion would help TOs who are setting up cards.

The updater will work, but this updates to the newest NTSC-U gct, so this doesn't work for PAL, right?

Or maybe this new nightly only update PSA pacs (which are region-free I think) and it should work fine with PAL?

It will not work for PAL.

I'm not sure what to say about PAC's though.

Can you make it download all the necessary files into a folder in the same directory as the program, which could then use those files when offline? That would be really helpful for tourneys.

I'll do it a bit later, but if you make a "codes" and "private\wii\app\RSBE\pf\Fighter" folders on your harddisk (C:\) and specify to put it on C:, then you can copy it over from that.
