My Smash progression. [Rate my Snake? Lol.]

I took the time to gather every single Video that's been posted of me from tournaments/friendlies and turned it into a massive play list on Youtube. Some of the fights are exciting, others are boring, in some I ****, and in others I walk away with my butt rather sore. There are some matches were I appear untouchable, and others where it's clear that I scrubbed out. You'll see a variety of match ups from Captain Falcon to Donkey Kong [lots of 'em!] over the course of the 21 videos.

If you feel the need to comment, then please do so. If you wish to critique, just watch the final few videos so you can accurately see my skill level, which I am constantly working on to better. In fact, I'll be going out of state once again on Sunday to participate in a Smashfest in Texas with my fellow top Louisiana players. As I gain more videos, I'll be sure to post them into this play list, and thread, I suppose, so that everyone who cares will be able to keep track of my progress.

Over the past month [since the video where I was utterly destroyed by Cyphus at my own tournament, no less] I have increased my skill level drastically. My goal is to continue to do so, and hopefully by watching the videos you might gauge an understanding of how I've become better, and what you can do to become better as well.

I don't consider Wifi an accurate measure of skill, since it removes perfect timing/spacing from the equation.

Umm in the 18th video why would you randomly plant a proximity mine? Is it just a snake dash fail or uber mindgames?

more nades...in use c4 a lot on tht star fox stage bcuz its impossible to see it.

i noticed in the vid you posted you kept air dodging when you were knocked out....dont do it. when u get knocked off use a fair it pretty much helps 3x better then the air dodge and when u get knocked up(like the movie lolz) use dair.

Dair = best possible DI

Use Fair for its stalling, never for DI (it's helped me just barely avoid a charged smash....I still feel Fair is possibly the worst move in Snake's arsenal..... even if I do get its spike sometimes >.> (lol bthrow > fair > edgehog.... so lulz worthy)

If it was at the start of the video, epic mind game. If it occurred later in it, then failed Snake Dash. I knew that I had to mix it up vs Take, since for the entire tournament he played friendlies with the other good Snake of our state, who has a slight edge on me at the moment. They played about twenty or so friendlies, during the course of the tournament. In pools, Take and I were dead even, but due to that, he gained the edge he needed to win.

I usually utilize Air dodge rather than Fair or dair, when I know the move won't kill me. This way I don't lose frames with a laggy Snake aerial to regain myself. I usually dair for DI when my percentage gets high, and my DI tends to be pretty darn good.
