Haha, that's the song for G-reg's combo video. Confusing me, man. For one, you should be playing four stock, and starting as Sheik =P

Don't just stand there, especially against Falcon. Move around, wavedash, dashdance, throw needles, whatever, just don't just stand there.

Also, don't roll so much... and it's probably a good idea to stay grounded for the most part. Sheik's shffl game is a bit lacking, and you'll be in the air for a while, so Falcon could bait a nair, then grab you at the end. And you don't want to get grabbed by Falcon.

Don't ledgejump. Ledgehop an attack, ledgedash, or ledgestand if you must, just don't ledgejump. And jump cancel your grabs.

I wouldn't bank on Falcon missing techs. Just dthrow and techchase! If he hits the ground and doesn't tech, then jab him for the tap reset.

Uthrow is a bad idea.

Fsmash, also a bad idea.

I'd work on the approach. Needle cancel or something. Fulljump nairs aren't really a good idea. If you really want to be lame, just wait for Falcon to try to appraoch you and ftilt him.

You have a lot of idle time. Just... move around, do something to occupy yourself. Be a threat.

Remember, you can airdodge back onto the stage too.

This. Your approach is very lacking. If you're going to needle cancel, SH~>Needle (on your way down from your jump)~>grab.

Although Sheik's SHFFL game isn't the greatest, you can throw in a few SHFFL'd fairs every once in a while. You can follow up with a jab~>grab or something (I like to mix up jab~>grab and just a plain grab). Just don't ever mess up and double jump, b/c if you get hit you're screwed.

Speaking of jab~>grab, do this occasionally if you're close enough. Once he catches on, he'll probably CC the jab and retaliate, so you'll have to mix it up. If you do get a grab, Falcon should be pretty screwed b/c Sheik tech-chases Falcon quite easily b/c of his slow tech. Work on tech-chasing and jab resetting.

Elven pretty much said everything else. Sry, if I repeated anything you said, Elven.

it's kinda pointless to tell someone not to roll when they don't know what else to do (otherwise they wouldn't be doing it in the first place)

instead of rolling, just utilize your shield and wd out of it or, if you must, full jump away and try to gain better position

No worries, battousai. I don't really pay attention to other posts either when critiquing, I just jot down notes as I go =P Plus, it always helps to have a reaffirming second opinion.

Good point, NeighborhoodP. Just... in terms of pressure, the more pressure you put on your opponent, the less they're putting on you, which makes it easier for you to get what you want. Rolling - because it's so slow and you have no options during it - completely removes all the pressure you had on your opponent, giving them a clean slate to start shifting the momentum of the fight against you. Try spotdodging or wavedashing instead. Crouch canceling can work too. Stuff like that.

Read Plairnkk's Sheik guide.

Read some of the guides on the Sheik Q&A's first page (they're links).

Learn how to WD out of shield when someone does something laggy and punishable on your shield. In fact, learn to WD in general because WD back F-tilt is stupid and amazing.

You're not capitalizing on the massive disadvantage you put Falcon in when you knock him over (either from an aerial, F-tilt, or D-throw). You need to follow him better. You can predict or react; it doesn't matter. But you have to get used to following him or playing tricks on him.

Edgeguard him. Too often he's recovering and you'll run forward, stop dashing, and throw needles. And not only throw needles, but throw them in a way so even if they DID hit, you wouldn't be able to follow them and finish the job. And it's not even like you're pressuring him at the ledge so you're preventing him from making it back onto the stage and therefore offstage edgeguard can be less lethal. What you're doing is not... smart. It is more ideal to hit him. D-smash, F-tilt, Dash Attack --> Fair, Fair, etc. Grab him and chuck him off if you have to. Your goal is not to press him for extra 8% from needles and then let him recover, the goal is to KILL him. You're not efficient with it at all.

After full hop Nair I wait for people to do stuff and then hit them because I land behind them where they can't violate my body with their hands but they're so vulnerable.

U-tilt works too.
