do tech skill stuff so we know how strong your tech skill is if you're going to post vids vs cpus

watching people combo cpus, while funny, isn't a good way to judge your combo abilities or fighting abilities whereas tech skill is more or less universal; we know if you can wd, edgecancel, needle cancel proficiently, etc. or at least get an idea on where you are for that stuff.
