Hey guys, CA$H again.

So I went to my second tournament today, same place (Games N Go at Rosedale Mall), and same time (6:30). And I have to say, it was pretty fun.

Beside the lack of chairs and having to stand basically the whole time, I enjoyed myself. Of course, it was a brawl tournament. (Sorry melee players, I like melee more than brawl, but I just had to go.)

So I picked up Meta Knight - who wouldn't? - and Ganon for friendlies before the tourney. Those were pretty fun. Met some cool guys, Sin242, OG, and I saw Moe, Deepak, and Amanze there too.

I won my first match, who really was a scrub, just like me! :D He played IC's mostly. Won the match 2-0
Second match, I lost to a surprisingly good Ganon Brawl player. WHO KNEW? Lost that match 0-2

Third match, I really shoulda won. This had to have been the most patient player I have ever competed against. He was just VERY patient. He would not approach me, at all. Him and his Ike Fairs were just getting Gayer and Gayer. I really should have won, but I did lose 2-1.

But I wasn't told I sucked, so it was all good. I thought I did fine considering I hadn't played, touched, looked at the game for 1+ year(s).

And I did learn something that night, something I will never forget: Anyone can use Meta Knight.

Other characters' metagames are evolving enough to match Meta Knight's. He just catapulted to the top very quickly.

But you should play brawl. I like playing both, even though I'm better at Brawl. But it's not just a matter of PICK MK AND WIN. I play Falco and Olimar, and it has so much more of a technical aspect than one thinks at first glance. And, Meta isn't just pick up and own. A good player (like the Ganon) can find a way out of MK's 'nado, and dsmash, and upb.

I went all Wario today and I poo'd on a lot of individuals. Brawl is much more enjoyable to me because I am actually decent enough to do well at tourneys in it. Melee is soooooo hard for me to do well in even though I love it so much.

I go to brawl tournment souly to play melee with a few people. Also I don't mind helping out the host with venue fee. i'm going to one next month in fact.

Also why I don't play it ever isn't souly based off of hate brawl really does give me a headache when when I play melee really close to someone brawling it up or if it's not being played next to me. I might at least touch to bash it if I didn't those extreme headaches.

Hmm, let's see. This Ganon player was the best I had ever seen. The TV's were laggy. I hadn't touched the game in over a year. If you come here to troll, **** off, Meta Knight main.

If you were hanging with Sin, I may have just felt negatively towards you without even trying, I really don't like the kid.

I did place the same as him though, and I'm supposed to be "trash"

tv johns are uber legit melee I went from getting 4 stocked 5 times in a row to totally ****** them.

I don't like playing on 60HZ in Melee because the colours get all ugly. I don't notice the lag at 50hz anyway, so meh.
