Good tourney overall. I found out some cool stuff about Samus matchups. For one, MK is not scary. Marth is annoying, but highly beatable by Samus. Also, turn around uncharged shots from the edge are amazing for getting early kills with Samus. BE GAY WITH ZAIR. SPAM THAT ****!. Also, falling uair to charge shot is AMAZING for getting KO's. Do it.

A Yoshi player got third?! He must be really good (They probably say the same thing about Samus players though, lol)

Not surprised with #1, #2, and #4 though.

imo marth also totally destroys samus :/
he rules the air and his forwardB is way faster then samus' Dtilt and jabs wich means you have a hard time KOing Marth

Good job on 4th place though and sticking to samus :)

Lol actually marth doesnt totally destroy samus. Me and Kadaj (the guy who won) played in the losers bracket, and I completely killed him our first round. I zaired him to oblivion, which doesnt say much about him ruling in the air (or the ground for that matter) and against forward B I just used retreating bombs. He won the second round by a hair, and on our third round we were both at super high damage and basically the next hit won. The only reason I didnt beat him is because I tried a turn around charge shot and didnt actually turn around so I ended up firing in the wrong direction and got caught by an fsmash. It would have hit because he fsmashed right when I did it. This was me going solo samus and him solo marth. Also, Fear and kadaj were in the championship finals and Fear just decided to give him the win, they didnt actually play it out. Also, the yoshi player IS really good, but he also didn't go solo yoshi in the tourney.

The reason MK isnt scary is because everyone who I play with has had so much practice against MK that he is no longer a real threat. We are so used to dealing with him that now we all have like automatic anti-MK games, as you can see from the results.

Nice job with the placement. Its good to hear that Samus doesn't have too hard of a time vs. MK; I felt that matchup was relatively even. I'm surprised, however, that there are no Snakes listed! Did people just not play Snake at this tournament, or did he just get snuffed out by anti-Snake tactics?

Take that sakurai! Your selfishly broken character got beaten by a nerfed female!

Anyway, no snakes? Wow what is happening to this world. Yoshi... third? Amazing!

Well basically there were people who did play Snake, but those who did didn't main him so I didn't list him by their names. I went against a Snake player, but I play a lot of Snakes so it wasn't a problem (not to mention Samus is just good against snake in general.)

And like I said, the yoshi player, who is a really good yoshi main, used other characters in the tourney. He didn't get to third just going solo yoshi.

@Xyro: Actually, we play against people like Forte, and his MK is god tier so please don't talk nonsense.

Yep yep, the way you use missiles is pretty sweet. The closing in with 3 missile hop -> missile cancel -> Zair spam, works well. Not many people use the 3 missile hop and I don't know why. My style is a wanna be Tudor but I have incorporated some of the stuff you do.

Oh...really? well thanks man, I appreciate it. Hopefully I will have some more vids posted soon and a Samus combo vid.
Yeah IDK you're the first person that doesn't have a playstyle like tudor or rohins and is aggresive, that I've seen in tournies.

oh man well thanks guys. My only real goal is to place well in tourneys. Im not really concerned with winning necessarily. I find it more appealing to whoop *** with a character that everyone says sucks rather than use a super easy-to-use character like MK.
