that's not really animation. that's called using windows movie maker and converting it into gif.

that's the best? i don't wanna come off as a jerk or anything, but you can't really see ANYTHING that's going-on on the stage.

I know i cant figure out how to enlarge it, do you guys have any programs that would do that without messing up the animation

Positive advice: Try to fill in a background or zoom in.

Negative advice: There is no frame rate. It's like, a frame per second. Tey to fill in some motion frames.

Im just still learning how to do this, but thanks for the advice and eventually i will make a good one.

If you want to do sprite animation, don't use movie maker for a start...Pro Motion is a good program to use...or Image Ready (comes with photoshop) will get you by if you're not actually drawing the sprites yourself.

And yeah, you gotta speed up the frame rate there...
