This Tournement is NORTH AMERICAN ONLY. Anybody that lives Above the Hudson Bay along side Thompson, Grande Prairie, Prince Rupert in Canada MAY NOT JOIN. Anybody that lives Below Monterrey in Mexico MAY NOT JOIN. Anybody that lives past California in the Ocean WEST, MAY NOT JOIN, and Anybody that lives past NEW YORK CITY out in the Ocean EAST, MAY NOT JOIN. No Exceptions.

Rules:
-5 stock matches.
-Best 3 out 5.
-This Tourney is nothing but Dreamland Stage.
-All Characters Are Legal.
-All items off
-No excessive camping or stalling.
-If you DS 3 times, you forfeit the match

-Tournament Championship Match [FINAL MATCH - both singles] will be best of 7. Same Rules Apply Throughout. ALSO, you must win twice if you come from the losers bracket and make it to the Final Championship Match.

I will be HOLDING a new Type of "Tourney Skillz" Tourney............... This Part of the Tourney will be seprate sign up.
What this is about You will not be able to choose your character, or choose the stage. Which results in HOW MUCH SKILL YOU HAVE OVERALL in Smash Bros 64. It's called "Death Tourney" Heres the Bracket:

I will only have 8 people sign up max, Because I don't know how well this will go. What it will be is that you will be placed on the bracket RANDOMLY, and you will have to use that character to face the other person on that stage. Then if you win, you will have to use the character in the next bracket that you advanced to. SO...
IF you are Mario at the top, you have to use Mario for your first match vs somebody that has to use Ness vs. you. THEN if you win you will use DK vs. somebody that has to use Luigi and then so on. People that want to sign up for this:

Emulator/Play:
This can be p2p or server(pj64k or mupen64k), but p2p preferred. It's up to the players to decide, BUT, here is rules:
If a player does not want to play p2p, then he or she MUST play on whatever server the other player wants, since he or she disagreed on playing in p2p.
Example: I play JaimeHR from Mexico, and im from New York, since he does not want to play p2p, I get to play in a server close to me like galaxy, and he must play in there our matches we have, even though he gets 10 - 12 frames and I get 3 frames. This is only fair because since he did not wanna play p2p(which is preferred) then I GET TO CHOOSE.
Note: P2P is what you should use since it will be very little delay for all maybe like 2, 3, to 4 frames at most for everybody in this tourney.

Brackets:
The brackets will be selected at random for all participants. Some might have a "bye" and some might not. (If we get 16 entries, there will be no "byes," If we get more, there will be "byes," unless we make it to 32 entries, then there will be no "byes" at 32 entries)
