If you can actually use this effectively on somebody, wow. Most of what I'll say is in the vid description, so I'll copy paste it.

Found this by accident one day when playing FFAs.

Going by phanna's research (http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=161397), you can use this 13.33 seconds of playing 12 mins on Pictochat, or about 1.85% of the time. Nice!

Thanks to EvilJirachi of Youtube for commenting on my other Brawl vid, wouldn't have noticed this otherwise ^_^

You can also do this on the clock transformation when the minute hand is slightly off 12. The things you can do with that are even more limited though, so I didn't bother showing it in the vid.
