You choose Pyro.
Hold W and Left mouse button.
Occasionnally use A and D and the shotgun to look like you know what you are doing.

I dont wanna pick Pyro.

I wanna learn;

Scout, Spy, Medic, Engineer.

I'd pick up Sniper, but I remember how gay I was during my UT2k4 days during CTF/Instagib CTF matches as my team's sniper. Lmao. I'd rather not get booted from servers.

Well I used to be good at Sniper because I'm just good at aiming (which is ironic because my spacing in Smash is meh.)

I want to be a competitive player because I see all these news posts about TF2 and Value and everyone is always like, "YEA! TF2! AWESOME! VALVE IS EPIC! WOO!"

and I like FPS.

iunno. I've always thought for them to be in similar categories.

You've got to do some form of spacing in FPSs, especially with weapons that do splash damage.

Sniper is dumb and easy compared to other games. Almost everything in TF2 is easy to do.

I'm not saying mastering the class is easy.

I'm saying using the sniper is easy (compared to other games).

Same thing with a lot of other classes(easy to use/takes time to master), which is why thad interjected with that really insightful comment about how casual the game is.

Obviously, if you think sniper is easy it's because you never played in a scrim. Anyway add my steam, I'll play some comp TF2 with you.

I use Scout,Sniper and a bit of soldier/demo.

My first shot with a sniper was a head shot.

No lie.

Switched to him. Found a spot. Looked into the fray. Found a target. Aimed for 3 seconds. Shot. Dead.

I laughed my *** off and went back to Scout.

It wasnt. 10 v 10. It was King of the Hill or w/e. I can't remember.

They weren't really still. They were just far away enough that despite them moving, I was able to get a good shot.
