Or simply increase the venue to 10$ that way we only need 15 people, its only an extra 5$.

Get brawl instead of melee, 10 bucks for brawl, 7 goes to the pot, 3 to the venue fee, everyones happy.

Isn't that way too short notice? We are August 30th.. 5th of September is less then one week away.

That's what I thought too, but a lot of people seem to be ok with it. I'm just not sure if zaf can actually reserve the venue for that date.

I need to go register for school this week and do some other things. So it looks like it will need to be in 2-3 weeks from now? How does that suit most people?

I wouldn't be able to show up at september 5th. Like Kage said, too short notice, so I can't take day off of job, and I'm already trying to go to a show the next day, so any time after that would be best.

im sure that the tourney i wanted to host will most likely just happen on the same day as swordgards smash tourney. Not enough people confirmed. School started now, and i won't find enough people for a tourney now. So it has to wait till bisb2, since there would possibly be more people. But i wont be organizing that, its swordgards.

Brawl+ will be very small at BISB 2 if it ends up being there lol, Arent you sure you cant just take a bit of money from the pot if you are missing money to pay the venue. Im sure we are something around 20 now.
