Missing Melee Disc and Memory Card

I don't know where my melee disc is, or my memory card. Chances are that they are together. The last place (I THINK) I had my memory card was iNet, but I could be wrong...

It's either in the car of a smasher I rode with to a tournament, or at a tournament like iNet or HRNUT's house tournament...

The memory card is transparent and it says "4MB" or something like that. It has a crack in the plastic on the back. And my melee is probably in its case, maybe not...
